Pros:

Отличный отель. Приятный персонал. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Шикарный бассейн с зоной джакузи (включается).

Cons:

Стройка рядом с гостиницей немного портит панорамный вид на город.

Все отлично, чисто, номера приличные, Отличный вид из окна (хоть и стройка рядом)
Парковка перед отелем - много свободных мест

Cons:

СПА-комплекс. Баню сделали теплее, только когда мы пришли. Два полотенца на человека давать отказались. В бане маленькая верхняя полка. пространство большое, а даже вдвоем тесно.

Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel présenté comme un établissement 5 étoiles. En espérant bénéficier d’un niveau de confort et de service à la hauteur de cette classification, mais l’expérience a été très loin de mes attentes.

Dès l’arrivée, le tourniquet de l’entrée ne fonctionnait pas correctement et devait être poussé manuellement. De plus, il n’y a ni ascenseur ni rampe pour descendre les valises, ce qui est particulièrement peu pratique.

Dans la chambre, aucun nécessaire d’hygiène de base n’était fourni (brosse à dents ou dentifrice). Ces articles ne nous ont été apportés qu’au bout de trois jours et n’ont jamais été renouvelés. Le placard était rempli de poussière, visiblement jamais nettoyée.

La salle de bain est mal conçue : l’absence de rideau ou de protection de douche provoque des projections d’eau partout sur le sol.

Concernant le ménage, les clients ne sont pas informés qu’il n’est effectué qu’à partir de 15 h. J’avais pourtant demandé que ma chambre soit nettoyée avant midi afin de pouvoir me reposer après le déjeuner avant de ressortir le soir. Cette demande n’a été respectée qu’une seule fois.

À plusieurs reprises, j’ai dû attendre dans le hall pendant 45 minutes, puis retourner moi-même vérifier si ma chambre était prête, car personne ne prévient les clients lorsque le ménage est terminé. Pendant cette attente, aucune attention particulière n’a été proposée, même pas un café, alors que l’hôtel était quasiment vide.

Le troisième jour, à 16 h, ma chambre n’avait toujours pas été nettoyée. Lorsque j’ai demandé des explications à la réception en rappelant ma demande de ménage avant midi, on m’a répondu qu’ils n’avaient pas le temps. J’ai expliqué que ce n’était pas mon problème puisque je séjournais dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. La réponse a été : « Ce n’est pas notre problème non plus ». Cette attitude est totalement inadmissible pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Отель находится посреди стройки. Питание- ресторан а отеле , просто отвратительное. Таким людей кормить нельзя. Отель не готов к принятии гостей

хороший, симпатичный отель. Прекрасная панорама на город. Но далека от центра. Персонал дружелюбный, откликался на все просьбы. Всего им доброго и успеха.

Перед отелем стройка. Как закончится, будет прекрасный вид на город.

Pros:

The property was very clean, facilities were comfortable, reception staff were very supportive.

Cons:

Due to the booking issue -oversold rooms, my booking which was paid in advance was cancelled by the booking. I had to pay in the property and I need to wait 2 weeks for the booking to proceed my refund.
We had chosen the option with Breakfast, however it was terrible- it started from 8:00, we came at 9:00 and almost everything was empty. We had to wait 20-25 minutes for some of the food to be refreshed, other were bot refreshed at all during the time we’ve been there.

Все супер, персонал очень приветливый , добрый , нам принесли подарок при заселении 😍 очень красиво внутри ! Есть спорт зал, теплый бассейн , баня .
