Pros:

The room was overall clean and comfortable. The location of hotel was very near to the metro station. The balcony part also was an advantage. The AC worked well.

Cons:

The bathroom facilities have not worked properly. The door was not closed and also the shower door has not worked and after having a shower more than 10 minutes all bath was flooded by the water. We talked about it at reception, but they did not give any solution and when we asked at least for new towels, they said that they don't have it. So, during our 3 days stay we have to not take a shower, because we even did not have new towels. Also, the room was not cleaned every day. These things can be normal in case of 2-star hotel, but when you book a 4-star hotel, you should not face to these kinds of problems.
