The hotel is located in the Old Town; the location is very convenient. The staff is responsive, and the breakfast is tasty and sufficient.

Cons:

Its central location is also a drawback, as street noise can be heard late into the night. Furthermore, the cleanliness left much to be desired; although towels were changed daily, the bathroom was in a deplorable state. It had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, nor was it cleaned during our stay. Even though we reported this at the reception and requested that it be cleaned, the problem persisted.q

前台员工很冷漠，特别是前台胖胖的女人，一幅欠她几百万的脸，态度非常非常不好！给整体入住体验严重拉低。房间并非每天都打扫，矿泉水没了也不主动续，向前台要了两次，晚上回来强烈批评才给！

У отеля очень хорошое местоположение, буквально в нескольких шагах от серных бань.

Cons:

Положительные эмоции на местоположение и закончились. В номере ужасно воняло канализацией, завтраки оставляют желать лучшего.
Утром в день отъезда отключили воду не предупредив заранее
Не было чем мыться чистить зубы и смывать туалет

호텔 제르타올드는 방마다 컨셥이 있는 부티크호텔이고요. 침대가 뽀송하고 깨끗해요. 욕실도 청결해요. 전체적으로 내부가 예쁘고 아름다워요. 방 가격에 따라 크기와 인테리어가 다른게 특징이고요. 올드 트빌리시 중심이라 어디든 다니기 좋아요.

Tbilisi, una sorpresa
Pros:

Io soggiorno sempre nel centro storico delle città, non sono interessata al lusso ma alla bellezza del paesaggio e la posizione di Zerta è qualcosa di incredibile. Le stanze sono ampie e molto particolari, lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile ad ogni esigenza. Se tornerò a Tbilisi soggiornerò qui

Cons:

La colazione può essere migliorata, non nella quantità ma nella qualità e nel servizio. Per due giorni siamo stati gli unici ospiti e il ragazzo della reception ci ha coccolati, preparandoci tutto anche prima dell’orario previsto, dandoci modo di partecipare ai tour a pancia piena. L’ultimo giorno, con l’arrivo di altri ospiti, il servizio non è stato molto piacevole. Abbiamo chiesto uova poiche gli ospiti arrivati prima avevano lasciato sul vassoio solo würstel e la signora che quel giorno era addetta alla colazione si è rifiutata di prepararcele. Tornerei comunque, magari chiedendo che la colazione venga preparata da qualcun altro🥹
