Pros:

L'établissement est aménagé avec goût, il se situe au calme, les chambres sont extra propres et le petit déjeuner délicieux avec des produits locaux et maison.

Lokalizacja na uboczu, cicha i spokojna okolica tuż obok bankomatu i sklepu całodobowego. Parking bezpośrednio pod balkonem, czyste i klimatyzowane pokoje. Awaria zamka w drzwiach naprawiona w ciągu godziny i to w niedzielę (na szczęście w Gruzji nikt nie wpadł na idiotyczny pomysł zakazu handlu). W około 10 minut można dojść do centrum Kutaisi i podobnie szybko wrócić. Dobre miejsce do zwiedzania tego regionu Gruzji. Polecam!

Mariami is generous with her love!
Pros:

Mariami is kind, flexible and considerate. We arrived later than our expected check in time, after calling her, she came right away. She was very friendly with our dog and children and made extra pancakes just for them, even though the electricity was out.

Excellent place to stay in Kutaisi
Pros:

Hotel is very nice. We spent there a few nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Location is great, close to the center but in quiet area. Owners are very friendly. We had great breakfast :)

Замечательный маленький отель, домашний и спокойный, чувствовали себя очень свободно и при этом с вниманием. Очень чисто, приятно и очень вкусный домашний завтрак, каждый день свежеприготовленный для нас. А чай, кофе, вода - бесплатно в любое время. Спасибо! Мы чудесно провели три ночи. Есть возможность обо всем договорится с хозяевами и чувствовалось душевное отношение. У всей нашей семьи остались самые приятные впечатления!

Cons:

Минусов практически не было. Единственное, что немного смутило - отсутствие разделения между душем и туалетом.

מלון ממש יפה ושקט בעיר. המארחת מרי הייתה לבבית מאוד ונחמדה. מייד בהגעה היא הציעה את הסוויטה במקום החדר טריפל שהזמנו. הוא היה פנוי אז מרצונה הטוב וללא עלות היא פשוט שדרגה אותנו.
ארוחת הבוקר מוכנה טרי ובמקום במטבח הביתי של המלון. זו הייתה ארוחת הבוקר הכי טובה שאכלנו בגיאורגיה.
עוד יתרון של המלון זה שבלובי יש קפה ותה זמינים בכל שעות היום.
מומלץ.

Очень чисто, в номерах достаточно места, до центра недолго идти пешком, рядом продуктовые магазины. Ребята помогли с трансфером. Очень вкусные завтраки
