Hébergement satisfaisant mais prix élevé et société pas fiable
Pros:

Emplacement très bien localisé, dans un cadre agréable. Les espaces autour des tentes sont bien entretenus. Bon rapport qualité / prix pour les lunch box.

Cons:

Société pas fiable : on avait réservé 3 hébergements de la société African Safari - lorsqu'on a séjourné ici, on a appris qu'ils refusaient de nous accueillir sur le 3ème hébergement Africa Safari Ngorongoro Ndutu pour des raisons restées confuses dont la crédibilité nous interroge. La société détourne le système d'annulation de Booking.com en ne prenant pas ses responsabilités pour annuler par elle-même les réservations qu'elle n'honore pas en imposant au client, pour obtenir son remboursement, de faire une demande d'annulation gratuite initiée par le client.
Concernant l'hébergement Africa Safari Rift Valley, les chambres à notre arrivée en fin d'après-midi étaient très chaudes et la clim ne fonctionnait pas, et les moustiquaires avaient été rapiécées et raccourcies ce qui ne permettait pas de bien fermer la moustiquaire autour du lit. La couverture wi-fi était très chaotique avec des réceptions très variables à quelques mètres d'écart. A défaut de pouvoir couvrir tout le site, il serait bien d'avoir une zone de réception à cet effet avec un coin pour s'asseoir confortablement.
Pour le dîner, nous avons commandé de l'eau qui nous été apportée à la fin du repas

La camera molto spaziosa e ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima idele per visitare il parco di Mayara. Personale attentissimo e cordiale, sempre pronto a soddisfare le tue richieste. Colazione e cena adeguata alla località in cui si trova l'albergo.

Cons:

Da migliorare assolutamnto la cartina per trovare l'albergo. Se si viagga da soli come noi abbiamo fatto molta fatica per troavre la struttura. La posizione GPS su booking non è corretta.

Essen in Ordnung. Große gepflegte Anlage. Affen kommen einen besuchen.

Cons:

Nicht so sauber.
Wir haben eindeutige Essenswünsche geäußert und es war alles komplett falsch .
Wir fragten an, ob wir 30min vor der offiziellen Check-in Zeit anreisen dürfen- die Antwort dafür würde man uns 35 USD berechnen. Und das Hotel war nur mit 3 Zelten belegt.

Pros:

Alles ist tipptopp! Der Weg zur Lodge ist etwas „anspruchsvoll“ für Selbstfahrer aber machbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen ist sehr gut!
