Я уже не первый раз в Непале и решила довериться отзывам других туристов. Однако, как оказалось, они были несколько преувеличены.

Мы заселились вечером, после возвращения с гор, и надеялись, что сможем помыться в горячей воде. Но её не было. Проблема решалась в течение двух часов, но так и не была устранена. После этого сотрудники отеля пытались уговорить моего друга оставить положительный отзыв.

Я хочу сказать, что не стоит ориентироваться только на отзывы

Good food, very friendly staff, excellent rooms with good beds.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Location perfect for shopping, although can be a bit noisy esp over weekends. The manager (Lila) is excellent and very helpfull.

Cons:

Everything was good.

Couldn’t have asked for a softer, more welcoming start to this trip.
Pros:

I had picked this place mainly for the location while travelling solo, and it turned out to be perfect and easy to access even at night. The ground-floor restaurant creates this little outdoor pocket within the chaos of the city, where you can just sit, eat, read, or pause before stepping out or after coming back. They even have live traditional Nepali music every evening, which made it feel extra special. Struggled to finish my breakfast (I’m not a big eater), but it was so good I didn’t want to stop.

The staff and manager were incredibly kind, helped with booking cabs and money exchange, and made sure I had their contact for anything I might need. Being alone in a new city – that meant a lot.

Cons:

There’s no lift, so it might be difficult for people with accessibility issues.

Recommended stay in Kathmandu
Pros:

Very good location in Thamel - close to everything needed like shops, restaurants, ATMs.
Super friendly staff everywhere - from frontdesk to restaurant.
Breakfast had several options to choose from and was tasty.
Special thanks to Mr. Rimal & Yugal who made my stay so comfortable and who were so kind to help me with e.g. printing documents or getting a taxi.

Memorable - warm and hospitable staff, cosy stay, will definitely come again
Pros:

Property - The room was clean and had everything I needed for a solo traveller. Plenty of storage space, water heater and air conditioning (which I didn’t use because of the cold Nepal weather).

The hotel has a restaurant and bar on the Ground Floor, with a communal fireplace set up every night during the winter.

Staff - The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and made my stay so comfortable wihh the their warm hospitality. They ensured to always help carry all my bags to my room. During meals, they would be sure to ask whether everything is to my liking. Very friendly, and helpful staff.

Due to their hospitality, my trip to Nepal was complete.

Good value for money.

Cons:

Limited charging points for UK standard chargers. No iron for clothes. But the hotel accommodated by providing a travel adapter.

Le personnel exceptionnel a fait de notre séjour ici un moment très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est super, on a bien dormi et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin (resto/cafe/bar, espace extérieur/interieur, petits concerts traditionnels en soirée, etc.) je recommande
