Centrally located, clean, lots of things nearby, extremely friendly staff. Very helpful! Doma and Pallavi our lovely girls who were very nice every morning at breakfast. We met the owner who was also very nice. It was nice to be able to get laundry done and get suggestions about the area. Clean and spacious rooms.
Hôtel was clean and conveniently located. The staff was very kind and attentive, especially Doma and Pallavi. Owner also friendly. Front desk guys woke up early and had breakfast ready for us to catch our flight as well.
Laundry service was convenient. Breakfast served every morning. Buffet was good. Very nice place

部屋のドアの下部の隙間が大きく通路の明かりが漏れて見えた。そのため他の部屋の騒音が遮音されず筒抜けで騒々しく、他の部屋のルームサービスの食べ物の匂いまで自分の部屋にまで匂ってきて非常に不快だった。朝食付きプランだったがコーヒーが選択肢になく飲めなかった。コーヒーも飲めない朝食メニューは他のホテルでは経験したことが無い。

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially remember having a really nice chat with the receptionist on the day I left. He knew I was planning to visit the well-known BARC, but he also recommended a few local bars that he personally thought were worth checking out. I really appreciated the genuine local recommendations and the friendly conversation.
On the night I checked in, I happened to notice quite a lot of hair from previous guests on the mattress around the head of the bed. It was quite unpleasant and made me question the cleanliness of the room.
Stylish, good location and very friendly stuff
My absolute favorite hotel in KTM. The staff is friendly and helpful and I could tell they really liked working there. I arrived before 2pm but that was no problem. My modern room was spacious, clean and smelled fresh. The hotel is located on a busy street but my room was very quiet. I was leaving early for the airport and they packed a sumptuous breakfast take-away for my trip. The hotel has an elevator which was also a good perk for an older man.
