The hospitality was exceptional. Truly one of the warmest stays I’ve experienced in all my travels.
Pros:

Wonderful stay! Clean, well‑designed rooms and a strategic location. Free storage, good breakfast, and thoughtful amenities made everything easy. Outstanding hospitality — every staff member was genuinely helpful.

Cons:

Honestly, I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like. In terms of value for money, the stay exceeded my expectations — from the rooms and amenities to the warm hospitality.

Comfortable stay in an excellent area
Pros:

Staff were super friendly. The restaurant on site was wonderful. Room was clean and spacious.

Vriendelijk, behnadeld asl een welkome gast in een prima hotel.

Pro actief- vriendelijk-ruime kamer

Cons:

De stad Kathmandu zelf is wel erg druk met next level verkeer, geen voetgangerszones, voetpaden, stoplichten etc. Gebruik de stad als een hub voor bezienswaardigheden.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I was also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated - thank you so much for that!

The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The room itself was lovely, cozy, and comfortable. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Amazing stay and great location!
Pros:

Very good location near the market yet the rooms do not have noise. The staff is super helpful and helped us with the cab payments and money exchange when we had some issue. The owner of the place spoke to us at length at breakfast and was a very helpful and genuine guy who seems to be dedicated to provide good service to the customers.
Rooms are spacious and immaculate as well!

To avoid at any cost - exposed to scam & fraudes
Pros:

Location in the heart of Thamel animated street.
Big and renovated rooms

Cons:

Hotel management.
Security breaches when booking through Booking.com making customers exposed to fraudes & scams (all your data will be stolen & you ll receive scam links to share your card details for deposit to secure your room - which turns to be a scam).
Hotel is aware about it and they just keep it like this, with no clear warning made ! Totally unacceptable and unethical!
I don’t recommend at all!

Central Kathmandu hotel. Good value, well presented.
Pros:

Excellent staff, well-kept rooms and a good restaurant with fair prices. We’d stay here again.
