Pros:

loved the desing, the location, an artistic venue, all brand new and very comfortablr

Cons:

with the noise from the building, from the street during the night was almost impossible
to have a decent sleep, it shoud definitely be worked at the soundproofing, it’s almost a pitty to have such a gorgeos location with such sound insulation problems
