Lovely contemporary decor, comfortable room, great central location

Cons:

It seemed unusual not to see staff in what looked like a hotel set up. Not a problem at all, everything worked perfectly and communication for access etc was efficient.

Accueil moyen et peu rassurant : arrivée sans lumière ni ascenseur, alarme déclenchée lors de l’entrée autonome dans le hall et aucune information malgré une situation connue du manager.

La propreté des toilettes était également vraiment problématique à notre arrivée et, malgré une intervention, nous avons finalement dû nettoyer nous-mêmes.

Enfin, la promesse de dédommagement évoquée pendant le séjour n’a finalement pas été respectée.

Pros:

Locatia foarte buna, personal amabil, camera era decorata dragut, patul mare si confortabil. Curatenia nu era chiar de nota 10.
De avut in vedere ca este zgomot zi si noapte, cel putin in camera in care am fost cazata, care era cu view la o strada intens circulata.
