Pros:

Impressive rooms - and great overall experience in this hotel.

Cons:

Please be aware that there are actually two Lortkipanidze Street, situated in completely different parts of Batumi. This is actually 2B Grigol Lortkipanidze Street, not just a 2 Lortkipanidze Street!

החדרים גדולים ונוחים , הצוות נחמד מאוד ועזר ככל שיכל, יש מכונת כביסה.

Cons:

המלון קצת רחוק מהמרכז (אבל המוניות זולות אז לא נורא) . אם יש מטבחון אז אפשר היה להשאיר נוזל לניקוי כלים וסקוץ. בזמן מונדיאל , הערוץ היחיד ששידר את המשחקים פשוט לא שידר בזמן המשחקים , בושה שהמלון לא הצליח לתקן תקלה זו (או שזו לא הייתה תקלה והמלון לא רצה לשלם על שידור המשחקים ), בריכה מעט קרה

We are very disappointed about the hotel and wouldn’t recommend it
Pros:

The room looks nice

Cons:

The service is very rude. We asked for cleaning 5 times and no one came to clean, they came to clean the room only in the evening.
The swimming pool water are freezing cold and impossible to swim. The staff at the pool are very rude, wouldn’t give us ice to cool our water bottle.
The tv in the room didn’t work, we asked for maintenance 5 times until someone came and then he couldn’t fix the problem.
The location is not very good and not close to the center.

Ok stay
Pros:

The view from the bedroom was amazing and the location was great.

Cons:

1. The shower didn’t drain water well I needed to stop stop my shower wait to the water to drain.
2. Pool was small according to the size of the hotel

Хороший вид, комфортный номер

Cons:

Каким-то образом у нас было мало туалетной бумаги, мы при заезде этого не заметили и вечером, когда вернулись из города, позвонили на ресепшен, нам сказали, что уже не смогут предоставить бумагу, что придется ждать 9 утра:)

Dobry dojazd autem do tego hotelu. Hotel jest nowy. Czysty w środku. Pokoje czyste. W podziemiach znajduje się duży parking.

Not comfortable at all. No stars
Cons:

This should not be called a hotel. It is like students accommodation. There is no bell man/ trolly boy. The elevators are very crowded since the building is shared with local residents. The reception staff are not helpful and poor management is clear.
