Clean, comfortable rooms
Pros:

Welcomed by owner, fans in each room due to weather, big rooms, clean and cosy, plenty of parking

Pros:

Easy check in. Super value for money.

Cons:

Cheap and cheerful but perfect for our one night requirement.
No breakfast available the morning of our stay but we were told beforehand. We have stopped for breakfast here in the past and it was superb.

Pros:

Good value budget accommodation at a convenient location. Rooms are a reasonable size with everything you need for an overnight stay.

Cons:

Whilst the decor looks tired in some areas, I've stayed in chain hotels which were similar or worse!

Pros:

Good sized room. Good water pressure. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Never saw any staff so can't coment on staff.
Key left in envelope for arrival and no staff upon leaving at 0940 so key placed in basket where it was collected from.
Only one large towel with 2 people staying.
Shower cubicle V small.
Bathroom room 8 requires some cosmetic finishing ie bare wood in skirting area.

Good car park area

No bed side light. Taps and shower head broken.

Window clasp broken.

Excessive noise from 12-4am due to fire door being broken in corridor outside room & slaming.

Clean friendly and worth the cost
Pros:

I travelled for a one night stay. On arrival was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome.
The room was ready , clean & tidy with a large fan already in place as the weather was very hot.

Cons:

Nothing stood out to me
