Perfect Dar Stay!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond. I was asked what I wanted for breakfast and had this delivered to my room in the morning. The hotel's taxi driver, Martin, was very helpful and made sure I was at the right bus terminal for my ongoing journey. The room was cool and comfortable, with a clean bathroom, plenty of complementary toiletries, and a mini fridge. Although I didn't use the pool, it did look very nice.

Overall reasonable hotel with some helpful staff but Harriet and others need customer service training
Pros:

Good room and service from Gisela and manager . Supported my resolution of an issue with Taxi driver

Cons:

Rude staff = Harriet. Not easy to communicate with staff due to language barrier. Limited choice of foods for vegetarians.

Pros:

Všechno jak je napsáno. Je to kousek dál od města ale tuktuk doveze za pár peněz tam i zpět. Personál úžasný a ochotný. Jídlo i pití na místě čerstvé za dobré peníze.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, both the female receptionist and the driver - thank you.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The facilities were good. We were offered free transport to and from the airport - we would advise you consult with the hotel on this because it may be a paid service.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit of a distance from the airport, but this may not be an issue for some guests, as it is dependent on your flight time.

Buen precio y excelente trato
Pros:

Trato muy amable de la chica de recepción y nos ayudo mucho. Habitación grande y limpia. Un poco apartado de todo es el único inconveniente pero buen precio.
