Отличное расположение,в центре старого города,стильный интерьер,очень вкусные завтраки,удобные кровати и подушки .Превосходный отель

Cons:

Некоторые ребята из персонала были «натужно» приветливые ,это чувствовалось.Но в целом не испортило впечатление от этого прекрасного места .

Ótimo hotel
Pros:

Boa localização. Cafe da manhã ótimo.

Cons:

Como costuma ser nos quartos do prédio antigo - mesmo tendo sido reformado bem - fica com cheiro de esgoto no banheiro.
Mesmo com 30 graus no quarto, falaram que estava em modo inverno e deixavam deligado o ar condicionado . Tivemos que dormir com janelas abertas. Isso no meio de maio.

Our room on the ground floor had a road beside it. It appears that Georgians love to drive with blaring speakers on. Needed to use earplugs to sleep.

Pros:

Hotel bardzo ładny, położony w świetnej lokalizacji blisko atrakcji turystycznych. Śniadania były bardzo dobre i różnorodne.

Niestety duży minus za sytuację przy zameldowaniu. Otrzymałem pokój inny niż ten zarezerwowany przez Booking. Rezerwacja wyraźnie dotyczyła pokoju z jednym łóżkiem king size, natomiast dostałem pokój z dwoma oddzielnymi łóżkami.

Po zgłoszeniu problemu w recepcji obsługa próbowała przekonywać mnie, że właśnie taki pokój został przeze mnie zamówiony, mimo że pokazałem potwierdzenie rezerwacji. Najbardziej rozczarowujące było nie tyle samo pomylenie pokoju, co brak przyznania się do błędu i sposób potraktowania klienta.

Sam hotel ma duży potencjał, ale obsługa sytuacji problemowej zdecydowanie wymaga poprawy

Nice but not a place to return to
Pros:

Nice room, comfortable bed. Interesting breakfast, not buffet but you choose whatever you want from a menu and it’s excellent.

Cons:

No hot water one of three days for the shower!! (We also stayed in another place for three nights and this did not happen.) There are no interior rooms; all face street and can be a little bit noisy

Hotel nuovo e bello.
Pros:

Struttura nuova e pulita. Staff cortese, colazione da ordinare con cibo preparato sul momento e quindi fresco e buono. La superior suite molto accogliente e con una terrazza carina.

Cons:

Niente! Unico aspetto negativo il caos continuo delle auto nel piazzale sottostante, dove andrebbero regolati accessi e parcheggi ma non dipende dall’hotel.

Very clean and stylish hote
Pros:

We ended up choosing this hotel for our entire stay because we really liked it. The Superior Suite with terrace was elegant, very clean, and clearly recently renovated/new. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the terrace was lovely, even if a bit narrow due to the architecture of the building. Breakfast was good, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and refined. The staff is kind and welcoming.

Cons:

We liked everything, it would be just useful to have a common space available early in the morning for guests who need to work, since the breakfast room stays closed before 8 AM.

Pros:

Очень приятный отель в сердце старого Тбилиси.

В номерах и в целом во всем отеле хороший и стильный дизайн.
В лобби много деталей которые хочется рассматривать.
Номер тоже был очень комфортабельный с большим уютным балконом.

Расположение у отеля просто идеальное.
В шаговой доступности множество ресторанов, кафе, винных баров и прочей инфраструктуры необходимой в путешествии

Отдельно хотелось бы отметить завтрак.
Он идет по меню, а не как шведский стол.
Порции большие, и все очень вкусно

Cons:

Было немного шумно на улице ночью
Очень веселые и по всей видимости не трезвые люди пели песни прямо под окнами

Excellent choice in Tbilisi
Pros:

The building is truly beautiful, in an excellent location, well decorated. The waiter at breakfast is super nice and welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We had a lovely stay!

Cons:

Some minor things that could be fixed easily: The room has a large wardrobe that unfortunately is kind of useless without shelves, so although the room is large we felt there was no space for clothes. The room facing the street are loud until late and cars with loud music and motors can wake you up at any time in the night. But that is the price you have to pay,I guess, if you want to stay in the centre. Housekeeping’s trolley are either driven not too carefully or a bit too large and leave lots of signs on wall and furniture ruining a otherwise well kept place

Pros:

Тихий, спокойный, уютный отель. Расположен в центральной исторической части города. Снимали два номера, и там и там все чистенько и аккуратно. Прекрасное кафе на верху с террасой и видом на город, утром очень приятно завтракать. Внутри замечательно оформленное фойе. Персонал отзывчив, молодые ребята не говорят по русски, но с английским все норм.

Все понравилось.
