Mooi terras en binnenzwembad. Goede kamers en bedden.

Cons:

Het buitenzwembad is onderdeel van een groter complex en ‘overspoeld’ met mensen, dan is het grindstrand en zeker het terras & binnenbad aantrekkelijker. We hebben 1 keer in het hotel ontbeten (en betaald) maar de ontbijten bij de ontbijttentjes in de omgeving zijn veel beter. Bij binnenkomen elke keer in het hotel krijg je niet een heel welkom gevoel van achter de balie

Not a 5 star hotel and pool value for money
Pros:

The actual room was clean and the downstairs staff were nice. The indoor pool was nice and the decking.

So many things… this is not a 5 star property at all.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which came with a kitchenette which proved useless as the room came with no cutlery, plates, bowls, nothing at all apart from tea cups and 2 glasses. Were we meant to pack kitchen supplies in our suitcase?

The outside pool was not a pool for the hotel, but a shared pool for several hotel/apartment block surrounded by a public area. Not a private safe 5 star hotel pool at all, and there were definitely not enough sunbeds for those using the pool.

The location is ok, at the end of the Batumi promenade but it’s a nice walk. Beware of the jet ski rental on the seafront by the hotel- we got scammed out of £450 for ‘repairs’ after the ski by intimidation which was really frightening and a bad end to our travels in Georgia.

The hotel is large and impressive, with an excellent and quiet location, very spacious rooms and a beautiful view.

The main downside is definitely the cleanliness. Room cleaning mainly consisted of changing towels and making the bed, with toilet paper replaced only when it was completely finished. Housekeeping also usually came quite late in the afternoon.

The dining area also needs much more attention. One morning, broken glass from the restaurant the previous evening had still not been cleaned up, and on another day the tables were very dirty. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness.

On the positive side, we would especially like to praise two wonderful employees. Okro at reception was exceptional – attentive, caring and always making sure we had everything we needed. His service was truly outstanding.

Ramo was equally wonderful – always smiling and helpful, looking after our belongings and helping us with our luggage and heavy items.

Both Okro and Ramo are a real asset to the hotel and truly deserve special recognition for their excellent service.

Overall, a beautiful hotel with great potential, but the cleanliness standards definitely need improvement.

Labai malonus personalas. Administratorius Okro ir jo komanda, Nika, Saba, Levan, Anri ir Kristi pasitiko su šypsena, atsakė į visus klausimus, leido įsiregistruoti anksčiau ir visada maloniai aptarnavo. Kambarys su patogia lova, užuolaidos nepersišviečia, tad miesto šviesos netrukdo miegoti. Buvo palikti ir buteliukai vandens. Baseino zona faina. Galima naudotis pirtimi, hamam ir jacuzzi nemokamai. Duoda rankšluosčius. Kambariuose buvo tapkės, šampūnai, kondicioneriai, kūno losjonas. Draugų kambaryje buvo ir chalatai. Pas mus ne. Restoranas 15tame aukšte, tačiau mes juo nesinaudojame. Jūra pereit per gatvę. Šalia parduotuvė netoliese. Galima buvo naudotis ir lauko baseinu, tačiau jaukiau vidinis, nes ten tik viešbučio svečiai. Lauke ir iš kitų pastatų, kas turi apyrankes maudosi. Prie vidinio baseino yra ir išėjimas į lauką, speciali zona su gultais. Gultų yra ir viduje
