It was good staying experience, need to improve the breakfast menu.
Pros:

Like the location of the property and the cleanliness. Rooms were spacious and comfort.

Cons:

We didn't like the breakfast quality; it was as per the standard of Hilton. Not much option for Vegetarian.

Полное разочарование. Не стоит своих денег.

Персонал вежливый. Лифт хороший.

Cons:

Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, был раз пять тут. Но последний раз – полное разочарование. Что-что, а таракана в таком отеле я точно не ожидал увидеть. Видно, что отель уже сдулся. Завтрак так себе тоже, вроде платишь приличные деньги, а сервиса никакого. Сидишь на завтраке, а ноги прилипают к полу из-за грязи и под ногами.

Pros:

Чудова локація, прекрасний персонал, гарне обслуговування, сучасний дизайн інтерʼєру, зручне планування

Cons:

Чайник дуже неякісний (по враженню- за пару доларів з Китаю): ручка була відломана, і щоб налити кипʼяток у чашку потрібно було тримати чайник за його боковини. Гель для душу має неприємний на запах, а після шампуню та кондиціонеру волосся залишалось брудним не розчісувалось. Для готелю такого рівня і ціною за ніч від 100$ такі дрібні речі як гігієнічні засоби та чайник мали б бути більш якісними. Також не було у наборі гігієнічних засобів ні шапочки для душа, ні вушних паличок, а були лише одноразові зубні щітки.

Kann es kaum erwarten wieder in dieses Hotel zurückzukehren!!!
Pros:

Gesamteindruck ausgezeichnet.
Begegnet man dem Personal mit Freundlichkeit, kommt diese Freundlichkeit mehrfach zurück, einfach ausgezeichnet.
Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal zu jeder Lage und Zeit.
Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter unter der Leitung von Operation Manager Dimitry, eingeschlossen ihm selbst.
Personal umsorgt die Gäste ohne auffallend oder aufdringlich zu wirken.
Versuche sehr dezent die Wünsche der Gäste zu lesen und bieten sehr viele Möglichkeiten an um etwas zu bedienen.
Sind immer bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen, sie erfüllen sie auch!!!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the room arrangement did not match my original booking.
Pros:

The hotel was generally comfortable, and I appreciated the staff's assistance and hospitality during our stay.

Cons:

I had booked twin large rooms with an interconnected facility because I was travelling with my wife and two minor daughters and wanted to stay together as a family. However, during check in, I was informed twin rooms rooms with an interconnecting facility were not available as per my booking, and only two smaller rooms were available with interconnected facility.
Although I was disappointed with this situation, I preferred not to argue or create an unpleasant situation, especially while travelling in a foreign country. I value maintaining my dignity and handling such situations calmly and respectfully. Nevertheless, the room arrangement provided did not meet my original booking requirements.
