Unser Aufenthalt im Swissôtel war rundum wunderschön. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte eine besonders gemütliche und angenehme Atmosphäre. Nach einem langen Tag konnte man hier wunderbar entspannen – vor allem das sehr bequeme Bett sorgte für eine erholsame Auszeit. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Auch das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Swissôtel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.
Location near city and park
Staff don't smile and are not helpful; during rain, the rainwater flowed in from closed windows in the room at night but staff took 2 hours to change our room. Looks like staff is utterly demotivated and being forced to work. After a power outage during rain, the elevators stopped working and the staff was not bothered about inconvenience to customers staying on higher floors.
We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Swissotel Tbilisi. Huge thanks to Mariam (reception desk), Tako and Alexander (Olives restaurant)! We felt taken really good care of.
We loved Swissotel so much that we extended our stay.
The room we were given was very spacious, quiet, stylish and modern.
The lighting in the room and in the whole hotel is very well thought through.
Our mini bar was refilled every day free of charge.

Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations massively.
I would suggest you try the afternoon tea in the lobby. For only 49 GEL you get such a great variety of delicious sweets and cakes and a glass of champagne.
Very well equipped gym with the very knowledgeable private fitness instructor on site (free of charge!).
The spa is very nice, too - with a sauna, a steam bath, a salt sauna, a jacuzzi and a 15m swimming pool.

מיקום המלון מצוין! 2 דקות הליכה משוק הפשפשים, 7 דקות הליכה מהעיר העתיקה. המתחם שמתחת למלון מאוד יוקרתי ויפה, עם צבנים ציבוריים אלגנטיים, בתי קפה ומסעדות שוות.

בכל בוקר הביאו לנו לחדר מים וסודה לכל אורח, ובערב שוקולדים
במלון ספא מפנק הפתוח עד 23:00, עם סאונה יבשה, סאונה רטובה, גאקוזי ובריכה
בספא מפנקים בפירות טריים ובשייקים
לנו היתה טיסה מאוחרת, והם היו מאוד הוגנים בצאק-אאוט. איפשרו לנו להישאר בחדר בעוד שעתיים (עד 14 במקום 12) וגם איפשרו לנו להשתמש במתקני המלון עד הערב
