Güzel bir konaklamaydı
Pros:

Konumu, temizliği ve kahvaltısından özellikle memnun kaldık. Odamızın manzarası çok güzeldi. Swiss cafedeki ürünler de oldukça lezzetliydi. Rezervasyon konusunda da mesajlarımıza nazik ve çabuk cevap verildi. Ricamız da dikkate alındı. Otele chek in ve check out yaparken güleryüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Oda servisi de hızlıydı. Daha önce de bu oteli tercih etmiştik, Tiflis’teki bir sonraki konaklamamızda da yine tercih edeceğiz. Teşekkür ederiz.

חוויית אירוח נפלאה – מומלץ בחום!
צוות המלון היה קשוב, אדיב ונכון לסייע בכל עת.
החדר היה גדול, יפה, נקי ושקט.
ספא חופשי וכולל בריכה, ג'קוזי ומגוון חדרי סאונה ייחודיים (כולל סאונת מלח וסאונת קרח).
במהלך האירוח חגגנו יום הולדת עגול, והצוות הפתיע במחווה מרגש בחדר: בלונים, עוגה, שמפניה.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה וברמה גבוהה, וחדר האוכל עם נוף מקסים של העיר.
הלכו לקראתנו ברוחב לב גם בזמני הצ'ק-אין והצ'ק-אאוט.
חוויה מצוינת מכל בחינה – מומלץ בחום!

Wonderful hotel! We were very happy with our stay at Swissôtel. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the high level of service and attention to guests.
The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with everything thoughtfully arranged. A special thank you to the staff — everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and very tasty food. Another big advantage is that the hotel also has two restaurants, so in the evening you don’t even need to go anywhere else — you can enjoy a great dinner right at the hotel.
The atmosphere throughout the hotel is very pleasant and relaxing. We travel quite a lot, and Swissôtel definitely left us with a very positive impression.
Definitely 5 stars! We would be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Felt like a star. Super relaxed, spa is SO WORTH IT. Glad its part of the price.
Pros:

The staff are absolutely amazing here. Super friendly and helpful. I feel like many places in tbilisi give a vibe of being annoyed or unwilling to help but everyone who worked at this hotel were super friendly.

The Olive restaurant was superb with one of the most excellent food services and dishes. Loved it. Its a must try. The spa facility is AMAZING. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable. I loved this experience.

Cons:

I had a slight hiccup with the shower as it flooded quickly when in use, but I was happy that the hotel tended to it immediately and brought many towels to help and have someone check the drain.

Also hot tip is do not leave you luggage open and on the floor because there were quite alot of ants around. Im assuming this is usual in tbilisi?

В отеле останавливаемся уже который раз.

Отель уютный. Новый. Красивый. В номерах все свежее. Завтраки прекрасны в своем ассортименте и свежести продуктов. Расположение рядом с Проспектом Руставели, сквером и блошиным рынком.

Но особо я бы хотела отметить сервис.
Мариам, Ана, Ника - вы сделали наш отдых лучше. А нас было 13 человек) Спасибо за вашу отзывчивость, за ваш профессионализм, за ваше внимание к нашим просьбам и действительно искреннее желание помочь по всем вопросам.

По моему мнению Отель держит очень высокую планку, и всё благодаря персоналу! Индустрия гостеприимства процветает именно благодаря таким людям.

Я ошиблась с датой. Мы должны были заехать 29 числа, а прилетели ночью с 28 на 29 (4 утра) У нас было 6 номеров на брони.

Ана очень оперативно просчитала все возможные варианты и таки мы получили номера раньше, оплатили только за ранний заезд.

Мариам всегда была на связи по всем вопросам и предоставила нашей семье скидку на завтраки, а также возможность повысить категорию номера с детьми.

Ника выручил нас с транспортом, когда казалось уже было невозможно попасть на концерт...Резервы кафе, консультации по маршрутам и многое другое.

Ребята, искренне благодарим вас от всей нашей семьи. Процветания вашему Отелю!
Мы вернемся еще!
