Beautiful, good location but housekeeping needs improving
Pros:

The decor is beautiful and the bed is very large. Mariam the front desk supervisor is a gem and though we encountered many issues when there she really tried to overcompensate for those.

Cons:

The bell it wasn’t there to assist us with our luggage on arrival although we did arrive very early. The hair conditioner was empty and even after I put it on the floor and told reception about it, the housekeeping left it empty and on the table rather than back in its spot. Housekeeping also left grapes on the floor.

Nice property, but poor service and lack of attention to guest concerns made the experience disappointing.
Pros:

The room itself was comfortable, and some of the female staff members were polite and helpful.

Cons:

The service was inconsistent. While some staff members, especially the female employees, were polite and professional, several male staff members appeared unhappy, unfriendly, and as if they did not enjoy their jobs. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere.

The biggest issue was that the telephone in my room did not work. I reported this problem at least five times during my stay, but nobody took it seriously or fixed it. For a hotel operating under the Swissôtel brand, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I will also be reporting this experience directly to Swissôtel’s corporate management.
