Pros:

الموقع ممتاز فقط والغرف نظيفه للامانه ولكن لو عدت لن اسكن فيه

Cons:

لم تعجبني اشياء كثير ولكن بالمختصر لو لقيت افضل روح له
1- زحمة المصعد طوال اليوم وليس فتره بسيطه وحتى عندمت تصعد في وسط المصعد ستضطر للتوقف عند كل دور لتأخذ الناس
2- الستائر منظر فقط ولا تقوم بالواجب ، ستجد الشمس معك طوال اليوم
3- خدمة تنظيف الغرف بطيئه جداً عندما تطلب منهم اي شي وستضطر الى اخبارهم عدة مرات

أودّ أن أعبّر عن رأيي الصادق حول حادثة وقعت هنا، تتعلّق بضيفة وقحة أساءت معاملة أمين بشكل سيئ للغاية وتصرفت بأسلوب تلاعبي.
لقد كان أمين في غاية الاحترام والصدق في تعامله معها، ومع ذلك كتبت تعليقًا سيئًا عنه فقط لأنه رفض تقديم إفطار مجاني.

التكييف عطلان والعاملين غير متعاونيين

الفندق جداً سيئ اول الملاحظات التكييف عطلان وعامل الصيانه عمل صيانه ويقول بعد ربع ساعة يبداء المكيف بالتبريد للأسف جلسنا ساعة ولم يبرد وطلبنا تغيير الغرفة ورفضوا وطلبنا عامل الصيانه ولم يتجاوبوا ،، والعاملين غير متعاونين انصح عدم الحجز إلا بعد الدخول إلى الغرفة والتأكد من التكييف والنظافة

Very little indeed. The family room was a decent size is the only positive that comes to mind.

Cons:

We had a family room and a studio. Both were sub par. 1. Pervasive unpleasant bathroom smell throughout our stay and despite regular spraying. 2. One rude reception staff member, 3. Loud disco music from the studio room, 4. Very slow service. We had chosen the hotel for the sizeable 2 bedroom family room, and this was a decent size, but that one benefit was unfortunately completely outweighed by the negatives listed above.

شكر للموظفين جعلو الاقامة مريحة .
Pros:

السرير مريح ، بلكونه واسعه ، موقع جيد ، يوجد شطاف في دورة المياه عزكم الله ، التنظيف يومي بدون مقابل .

Cons:

تعتبر شقق نظام فندقي كل شقه تختلف عن الثانيه ، لايوجد اطاله مباشره عالبحر ققط جزئيه ، ادوات الاستحمام غير كاملة فقط شامبو وغسول جسم ، لايوجد خزنة لحفظ الممتلكات ، يحتاج للاهتمام بصيانة الاثاث ودورة المياة الشاور يسقط غير ثابت .

الازدحام خراب الاجهزه داخل الغرفه مثل الغساله كم مره اتصل حتي يقومون باصلاحها تكرر هذا الموضوع اكثر من مره وأنا مريضة لم أتحمل الإهمال عدم النظافه في تغير المفارش البلكونه جدا سيئه موضوع حاجز طويل كانّه جدار يحول بينك وبين الاستمتاع بالمناظر الخارجيه وطلب من أخ عربي مغربي كان جدا عنصري وكنت عندما اطلب منه خدمه يتغير وجهه ويتهرب اسمه امين عكس لوكا كانت متعاون جدا وخدوم احب اشكره علي حسن اخلاقه وانصحكم بعدم التعاون مع المغربي لأنه غير متعاون معنا كعرب وريته يبتسم ويخدم جنسيات اخري

خدمات الشقة وانها وسيعه ومريحه وفيها غساله ملابس وفرن وثلاجه وتلفاز اثنين واطلاله البحر وشطاف للحمام وسخان وايضا قربة من البحر والمعالم السياحية

زحمة اللوبي والانتظار الطويل عند تسجيل الدخول وعدم حمل الحقائب والمساعده بحمل الحقائب وبعض مشاكل تسريب الماء في المغسله والحمام وتسجيل الدخول المتاخر وتسجيل الخروج كان بدري
