Great location and good value, only minus the shower
Pros:

The location is great, I loved the balcony, and staff are very friendly and fulfilled all our requests

Cons:

It was not clear from the photos that the bathroom does not have a proper shower, so when you shower the whole bathroom gets wet and that is a bit annoying, especially for a longer stay, so please be aware of this

Cons:

Le gérant n'indique pas que l'hôtel est dans un quartier très bruyant. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre donnant sur la rue avec des restaurants et des bars ouverts tard la nuit. Il nous a été impossible de dormir jusqu'à 3h du matin. En outre, les murs sont très fins entre les chambres et nous avions des voisines ultra bruyantes. Nous avons contacté le gérant par WhatsApp et il nous a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire, qu'il avait indiqué cela dans la description de l'hôtel (ce qui est faux) et nous a dirigé vers un pot de boules Quies disponible dans le corridor... Nous aurions attendu que le bruit soit clairement indiqué dans la description, cas échéant, nous n'aurions pas réservé, surtout qu'il a posé un gros pot rempli de boules Quies... Dès le lendemain, nous avons changé d'hôtel ! Nous en avons informé le gérant par WhatsApp, il ne nous a même pas daigné écrire un message alors qu'il était très réactif. Puis, il a directement annulé la réservation pour éviter un commentaire négatif. Cependant, je peux poster ce commentaire grâce à l'intervention de Booking.

- Les chambres sont minuscules.

- Il n'y a pas de douche à proprement parler (cabine ou autres), on se douche avec le pommeau à côté du lavabo.

- Les sols n'étaient pas propres.

- ⚠️ Pas de réception comme dans un hôtel => support WhatsApp.

A friendly stay
Pros:

The staff rocked! They were very kind and accomadating .

Cons:

It was a little far the old city, but very near dry bridge so that was very nice.

Great central spot in Tbilisi
Pros:

The location is great as it is right next to the dry bridge and next to a bunch of nice restaurants/cafes. The room was of nice size and it had a great balcony overlooking the street. So when it was sunny, the sun would come into the room in the morning. The place also had a nice shared kitchen space and laudrette service.

Cons:

Since the hotel is located on a main street, it can be quite noisy at night and the walls are not fully soundproof. However, most of the nearby restaurants close by midnight, so only an issue if you want to sleep early. The bathroom was on the small size but still adequate for solo traveller.

Ок на пару ночей, але не повернуся знову.

Добре розташування. Адміністрація швидко відповідала.

Cons:

Номер і готель в цілому виглядає гірше ніж на фотографіях - готель вже трохи "втомлений", і загалом більше нагадує хостел. Дуже погана звукоізоляція, чути сусідів. Також чути всю музику і кожне слово сказане на вулиці, та як вона достатньо жвава, з барами і кафе. Рівень чистоти незадовільний - вимикачі вкриті пилом. В ванній тече умивальник, в номері бігають мурахи.
Я знаю, що ціна невелика. Але за таку ж ціну я зупинялася у кращих місцях в Тбілісі.
