Pros:

Tesisin yeri Tifliste bulup bulunabilecek en güzel yerdi. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde ve Tiflisin en turistik bölgesinin tam ortasındaydı. Tarihi mimarilerin yanında asla sırıtmayan hoş bir futuristik havası vardı. Tek kelimeyle bayıldım.

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not 5-Star Quality
Pros:

The breakfast offered great value and featured high-quality, fresh produce. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it incredibly easy to access local amenities, go sightseeing, and set off on day trips. However, the breakfast beverage selection was a bit disappointing, as it was impossible to get a latte or a flat white.

Cons:

I cannot agree with this hotel's 5-star rating. I stayed at other properties nearby during the same trip that were both cheaper and of much higher quality. The hotel is showing its age and desperately needs a refresh.The carpets in both the hallways and the rooms were visibly filthy. Upon arrival, the staff were unwelcoming; there were no smiles, no help with our luggage, and they failed to provide basic details like the Wi-Fi password. Inside the room, the furnishings were damaged, the bathroom extractor fan was broken, and no spoons were provided with the tea service. To make matters worse, the room overlooked the High Street and was extremely noisy throughout the night. I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made.

Decent property, but definitely not a 5-star hotel as claimed.
Pros:

Great breakfast. Convenient location. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Stains on carpet (in halls, in the room). Didn’t have 5-star amenities.
