Une arrivée surprenante dans la mesure où l'hôtel se situe au 9eme étage d'un immeuble d'habitations pas très avenant. Mais sitôt la porte passée, l'hôtel est vraiment très bien! Petit déjeuner superbe.

Vriendelijke personeel, mogelijkheid op op vraag bagage te droppen. Ruime en lichte kamer. Alles proper en netjes. Met bolt taxi is het centrum snel en goed6 bereikbaar. Mooiuitzicht over de stad.

It was more an average 3 star hotel rather than 4 star. The rooms were basic and outdated, the hotel is somehow strange as it is only a floor in the building and with not confortable organization. The breakfast was average. The staff in general is not nice althoug the girl in reception was very nice.
Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Stuff was very friendly. Easy to find a spot for parking. Daily housekeeping was nice.
In our room, the toilet had a bit weird odor. The elevator was pretty old and worked slowly.
Buona colazione, albergo silenzioso situato all'ultimo piano di uno stabile con reception al piano terra. Parcheggio riservato davanti all'hotel. Camera ampia con balcone. Ristorante al piano con vista sulla città.
Non centralissimo ma comodo per visitare le attrazioni nei dintorni di Kutaisi.

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet.
Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, wenn in der Nacht jemand am Gang redet, hört man es sehr laut.
Nimic, nici dialogul cu receptionerii, nici faptul ca am fost mintiti ca avem asigurat un loc de parcare etc etc etc. Totul sub orice critica!
Minciuna legata de asigurarea locului de parcare (inexistent), faptul ca nu e un hotel (nicidecum de 5 stele, ci de maxim 2), inexistenta unui restaurant in hotel, impertinenta celor care ne-au repartizat camera, multe, multe alte aspecte
Przepiękny widok z pokoju na wzgórza i katedrę. Hotel mieści się na 9-tym piętrze.
Dziwne było, że o 4.20 nad ranem, gdy spieszyliśmy się na lotnisko, obsługa najpierw odwiedziła pokój przy wymeldowaniu i dopiero po jego sprawdzeniu pozwolili nam odjechać.
Check in was easy. The hotel was fairly quiet. You could walk into the centre quickly.
The photos of the views are misleading. It was disapointing as thats one of the reasons we booked. The hotel is in a rundown part of the area and our room view wasnt great.
The staff had to check the room before you could check out.

בניגוד למצגים לא מדובר בכלל במלון ארבעה כוכבים, למעשה קשה להגדיר את המקום מלון. מדובר בבניין מגורים אומלל למדי שלא נמצא במרכז כותאיסי. למה שמכונה מלון יש כניסה בקומת הקרקע, אבל עולים במעלית לקומה התשיעית, שם על פני חלק מהקומה ישנם חדרים שהם משום מה קוראים להם מלון 4 כוכבים. הריח במסדרון איום, כתוצאה מסוג של נוזל חיטוי. החדר שהזמנו היה קטן בהרבה ממה שנראה בתמונות, הטרסה שהוצגה באתר היתה יציאה מסוכנת החוצה לשני מטר על מטר, גלוי לכל יתר היציאות האחרות ובלתי שימיש לחלוטין. משהו הזוי. הציעו לנו חדר יותר גדול אבל גם הוא והמתקן כולו היו בלתי קבילים. שילמנו על לילה ישירות לפקידה וברחנו משם מבלי לשהות דקה במקום. מיהרנו לבית מלון אמיתי של 4 כוכבים בכותאיסי.
