Условия нормальные, но персонал кошмарный.
Pros:

В целом отель хороший, расположен в самом центре города, через дорогу от музея Сталина. Номер чистый, вполне стандартный.

Cons:

Персонал - это, конечно, жирный минус.
При заселении мы были твердо уверены, что у нас в стоимость был включен завтрак. Поэтому спросили накануне - в какое время завтрак? Возможно я не права, но кажется логичным тут же предупредить, что "у Вас завтрак за дополнительную плату". Но нет. На следующее утро, мы спустились в ресторан к 9. Ресторан стоит темный, никого нет. Подошли еще раз на ресепшн. Тот же вопрос про завтрак, и где все? Ответ - бармен придет к 10. И опять ни слова про то, что вам этого не положено. Ну кто бы стал ждать открытия ресторана целый час, чтобы получить, скажем мягко, весьма посредственный завтрак, если он не включен в стоимость? В результате то, что мы должны доплатить за завтрак вскрылось только в момент выезда. Были неприятно удивлены. Понимаю, что никто никому ничего не должен, и это из серии внимательного отношения к клиенту. Но все же в гостиницах внимательное отношение - это один из основных параметров.

Далее. Уехали из Гори, обнаружили, что при выезде, с выяснением отношений про завтрак, забыли на ресепшн сумку. Написали в отель с вопросом "не могли бы они выслать нам сумку далее по нашему маршруту в Батуми, затраты мы оплатим?" Ответ был опять чисто формальным. "Ваша сумка найдена. Услугами пересылки отель не занимается. Пришлите курьера, мы отдадим." Ну вот каким образом неместный человек будет искать какие-то курьерские услуги? У нас были аналогичные случаи, и при человеческом подходе сотрудник после работы просто заходил на почту и посылал посылку. В этом случае сумка и все вещи в ней пропали.

Ну и по мелочи. В номере у кровати отвалилась декоративная планка и торчал гвоздь, об который мы задели и поранились. Есть ощущение, что горничная при уборке и номера давно уже могла это заметить и попросить отремонтировать. Но видимо опять всем всё равно.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center, next to a pleasant park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really liked the hotel's swimming pool.

Cons:

There are designated times for using the swimming pool, but the schedule is available only at the reception desk. You have to check each time.

Die Lage gegenüber des Stalinmuseums ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Duschkopf brach auseinander, das Wasser lief aus der Duschwanne und verteilte sich im ganzen Bad. Zum Frühstück, das mit 12 Euro viel zu teuer ist, muss man den Cappuccino extra erfragen und diesen noch zusätzlich bezahlen. Sonst wird nur furchtbarer Nescafé angeboten.
