Served its purpose but would not recommend.
Pros:

Ok breakfast.

Cons:

Poor bedding, terrible pillow, synthetic duvet. Old small towels. Room very small. Uncomfortable matress. Very basic.

Pros:

Staff gentile e molto cordiale con ottima conoscenza dell'inglese. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Tiblisi e molto tranquilla. Discreta l'offerta per la colazione.

Cons:

Camera veramente molto piccola con finestra ad altezza strada se vuoi privacy devi tenere chiuse le oscuranti. Materasso e cuscini non molto confortevoli
