Очень понравилось отношение в отеле. Приятный,отзывчивый персонал😊Завтраки очень вкусные огромные😋. Что особенно удивило так это индивидуальный подход к каждому клиенту👍.
Мы максимально были довольны персоналом.
Спасибо администраторам Отто и Александру.
А также женщине которая готовила завтраки.
Мы жили на 12 этаже виды были захватывающие.

Cons:

Единственный минус в ванной комнате. Очень мало крючков для полотенец,вещей. А также в душе не было полочек для шампуней,гелей. Но это был единственный минус)

It didn't work out for us. I won't book again at Garden view hotel

. Only the room was very good size. Staff was helpful. Location is good.view is decent

As i didnt like the hotel at all, we went to batumi and extended our stay in batumi.we only styed for one night even thoughi paid for 22 nights. When I brought those things to the attention of the manager/owner Georgi, and requested for a refund he didnt agree First of all the elevator did not go all the way to our floor (13)so we had to carry our luggage to the 13th floor where room was, even though the staff helped us but it was not expexted. .Breakfast did not meet my expectations. There was no buffet as like any other hotel. We had to inform that we will come for breakfast one day in advance. As I was traveling with a 1 year old it was very difficult ALSO, its not mentioned anywhere in the description that you will have to climb 1 flight of stairs to reach your room. Also, its NOT mentioned anywhere that you must order breakfast a day beforehand.

the place is way different than pictures, i did not like.
Pros:

the receiving employee, he met me outside the hotel and picked my bag and walked me in to the place, he ordered food for me. his name is Otto
the terrace and view were the only good thing.

Cons:

the location was difficult to find, the entrance was scary and through other appartments buildings, the left was old, have to climp some steps to reach the room, the room was small and not comfortable also the bed, the air condition was a split unit and not cooling, the bathroom was dark, the hotel has no room service, i could not stay, i left to another hotel. i asked the manager to refund or transfer my payment to a friend but he apologized.

Cons:

Nu e un lucru care nu mi-a placut. Ci e un lucru mai mult neasteptat pe care ar fi bine sa-l stie urmatorii vizitatori. Hotelul se afla la ultimele 2 etaje ale unui bloc vechisor de locuit.
