Понравилось местоположение. и тихое место.

Cons:

Чистота в комнате была не очень хорошей. персонал пускай иногда заглядывает сзади кроватей. полы были не хорошо вымыты при заселении...дверь замок еле держится наличник падает, хоть иногда проводите технические работы. один раз на завтраке я увидела два коротких черных волоса на блюдце что стоят на столе для гостей, согласитесь это совсем неприятно видеть...просто я не люблю наводить шума и тем более фоткать. но на пустом месте не стану говорить то чего не было. принимайте меры, наверняка не одна я замечаю казалось бы мелочи, поднимайте свой рейтинг начиная с чистоты и порядка. думаю администрация должна должным образом следить за всем этим.

The 3-star rating is far too generous for what this hotel actually offers

A big and spacious room
Location

Cons:

1.We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a 4 star hotel, but upon arrival discovered it was actually a 3 star hotel, clearly marked at the entrance. The entrance also differed from the Booking.com photos. When we raised these concerns and requested to leave early, our request was denied. Shortly after our complaint, the hotel's rating on Booking.com was changed from 4 stars to 3 stars. The receptionist's response was simply that we should "feel at home" and take towels ourselves when needed.
2.We arrived at 1:00 AM and were greeted by a receptionist who appeared annoyed and unwelcoming, providing service far below basic hotel standards.
3.Visible mold was found on bread served at breakfast, raising serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.
4.The curtains were intentionally obstructed from fully closing, resulting in lack of privacy and early-morning sunlight disturbing our sleep.
5.The shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate around our feet during every shower.
6.A family room for six guests had only one very small trash bin, forcing us to use plastic bags for additional waste.
7.Housekeeping failed to provide enough towels, and reception was unreachable both by phone and in person when assistance was needed.
8.Towels were often supplied while still damp. I later observed that they were being air-dried on racks instead of properly dried in a dryer, resulting in wet towels being distributed to guests.
