Отличное расположение, в центре Батуми.
Прекрасное место, если Вы приехали насладиться видами и достопримечательностями города, всёбыло в пешей доступности. Чистые номера, на завтрак не большой выбор, но есть, что поесть. У нас был ранний выезд и администратор предложили с собой контейнеры с едой, это было очень кстати.

Cons:

Минусов не было.

It’s ok to stay for one night
Pros:

It was conveniently located near the main attraction. The room was big and clean. The internet worked well.

The staff was not friendly and the breakfast was not fresh. The hotel was under construction too

2. ფასი იყო საკმაოდ ზომიერი, ალბათ, დაბალიც კი;
3. ნოყიერი და მრავალფეროვანი საუზმე, კეთილგანწყობილი და თავაზიანი მომსახურე პერსონალი, რომელიც ზრუნავს შენს დილის კვებასა და განწყობაზე. ისე საუზმობ, როგორც შენს სახლში, ოჯახში.

One night stay is fine. But not comfortable staying longer.
Pros:

Location is near to the most of the city. Very pleasant staff and very helpful. On the check out day they let us leave backpack at the reception so we could have a walk before the train.

Cons:

It was too cold in the apartment and the ac did not warm it at all. It was too light and there is no proper curtains. It was too noisy.

В целом понравилось, но есть нюансы..
Pros:

Локация хорошая! Персонал прекрасный! Чисто и комфортно в целом!

Cons:

В номере было очень холодно в середине апреля 2026. Кондиционер не спасал и не успевал нагреть номер после ухода из номера. Завтраки холодные были и простые совсем. Такое ощущение, что кроме нас в отеле никого не было из жильцов.

Location was good everything was walkable

Cons:

Breakfast was very very poor didnt had basic stuff only had eggs sausage bread butter milk and juice which none of them where fresh at all they were from previous days and also the hotel was empty
