Pros:

The hotel has a stylish concept and overall a very pleasant atmosphere. The room design was beautiful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, when booking I could not find any information that the rooftop pool area was closed. As it was already May, I expected at least to be able to relax near the pool area. Most of the 5th floor was closed apart from the restaurant, which affected the overall atmosphere and my expectations of the stay.

The road-pass in front of the hotel was also under reconstruction, so it was not possible to enjoy breakfast outside due to construction works. I understand this is related to city works, but it still affected the experience. The gym could also be better equipped..

Overall, I felt that 3 of my main expectations for the stay did not work out: enjoying breakfasts on the outdoor terrace, relaxing near the pool area, and having proper workouts at the gym(

Испортили впечатление ремонтом
Pros:

Очень вежливый персонал. Все четко. Отель прекрасный и не первый раз в нём.

Cons:

Бронирование фирменного номера с видом на море ради глицинии. Номер дорогой. Особенно в этот период. И в итоге ремонт дороги. О чем отель даже не уведомил заранее! К отелю не подъехать и не подойти. Все раскопано и ямы. Все в лентах. Работала техника и было жутко шумно, грязно. Никаких извещений об этом, никаких извинений или какого-то бонуса от отеля. Номер бронировали именно ради этого вида в период цветения. Отель 5 должен как-то исправлять подобную ситуацию. Самое смешное, в номере не было бокалов ко всему прочему.
