Pros:

Amazing location and atmosphere, with absolutely beautiful views and a lovely pool. We had a wonderful time relaxing and getting some sun. We also enjoyed a delicious Adjarian khachapuri!

An architectural gem with a fantastic rooftop pool, great food and a perfect location.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel and an architectural highlight. The rooftop pool is fantastic, with excellent cocktails, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The location is also perfect. A special mention goes to the delicious bread at the breakfast buffet – some of the best hotel bread I’ve ever had!

Cons:

Nothing – we had a wonderful stay.

Good but not a five star hotel
Pros:

The location is good. The view on the rooftop is nice. The breakfast staff are nice. Loved the small balcony in the room even though i didnt use it. The reception staff helped us with the luggage.

Cons:

The small balcony didnt have a table. The hotel’s room look old not in a stylish way but just old like in used. The shower design was weird, when I took a shower the whole room was filled with water as they are connected. The restaurant on the rooftop ‘s staff and the bar weren’t so nice as the staff in the ground floor. The couch near the reception didnt smell good. Some items in the breakfast finish so quickly with no refills.

The pool area is really nice and the rooftop restaurant was great

Cons:

The staff are extremely rude from the moment you arrive through the hotel doors, we stayed in a junior suite however hotel staff make you feel unwelcome and bothersome. Definitely not worth the money. Also the property has a cool style but it isnt finished to a high standard, the main glass paneled area is leaking, paint was peeling in our bathroom and there was mold in our shower.

Location, huge rooms, rooftop pool with terrace

Cons:

Staff is mostly very young and inexperienced: they hardly smile and are not proactive. Eg during breakfast no one explained to us what was included and what not, you always have to chase after waiters and ask for things. At this rate I would at least expect someone to walk around and proactively offer coffee refills. Staff at reception gave us wrong information about parking around the hotel that resulted in us getting 2 fines for wrong parking. In a 5-star hotel with such prices this should just not happen.

Cons:

Завтраки: Выбор блюд ограничен — выпечка отсутствует, постоянно что-то заканчивается. Кофе, омлет и яичница подаются только по запросу через персонал, из-за чего приходится долго ждать внимания сотрудников. Было бы удобнее организовать свободный доступ.
Номер: Освещения в комнате явно недостаточно, хочется сделать пространство светлее. Из-за близости к промышленному порту периодически ощущается запах дизельного топлива.
Сервис: В номере не хватает базовых мелочей (например, ложки для обуви), поэтому по любым бытовым вопросам приходится обращаться на стойку регистрации.
