Pros:

After staying at this hotel, I can say that: the friendly staff helped us throughout our stay. The area is quiet, which is important for the city, and the rooms are also clean and new.

Really nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, good value for money and it seems like it’s a spectacular building among locals. There was a wedding photoshoot happening at the entrance of the hotel when we arrived.
The bed is confortable, and we really appreciated it had an enectricity generator cause during our stay there was a total blackout in Georgia. So we had air conditioning and electricity without any issues.

Cons:

The showerhead had a hole in it and was very uncomfortable to use because the whole bathroom would get flooded with water.

Стильный новый интерьерный отель с хорошим расположением. Привести в порядок завтрак и персонал.
Pros:

Новый отель в центре города на тихой улочке в двух шагах от пр. Д. Агмашенебели. Расположение очень удобное. Рядом на проспекте масса кафе и магазинов. Локация удобная для посещения всех главных достопримечательностей если уж не пешком, то на такси или машине 10 минут. Своя парковка, большая редкость для такой локации! Свой закрытый тихий двор, шума с улицы нет. Отличный новый стильный внешний вид и интерьер, просторные номера, удобные кровати, качественное бельё и подушки. В номере всё необходимое, кофе, чай, вода, холодильник, шторы блэкаут, хорошая сантехника ( душ и унитаз с биде), хорошее бельё. Может немного скользкая плитка в санузле, может коврик положить стоит? Уборку делали один раз, но мы и жили всего 3 ночи. Нам было достаточно. Во дворе свой ресторан. Вечером хорошо посидеть с бокалом )). Кухню оценить не успели, а коктейли весьма хороши, отдельный респект бармену, очень приятный и расторопный молодой человек!

Cons:

1. Завтрак разочаровал абсолютно. В Грузии не первый раз, везде в отелях такая проблема, но тут как-то уж совсем... Съедобными были омлет, каша и домашний йогурт, ну и фрукты с овощами, которые трудно испортить. Остальные блюда мне были не понятны и мало пригодны для завтрака. Ну положите вы нарезки сырные и мясные нормальные, не все же любят сулугуни на завтрак (учитывая что много иностранцев в отеле). От девушки на завтраке несмотря на ежедневное пожелание доброго утра кроме взгляда из-подлобья ни единого слова добиться не удалось. Да, кофе из машины был хорош.
2. Персонал на ресепшн. При заезде попросил долить мыло в диспенсер в ванной и настроить ТВ пока мы гуляем. Молодой человек ТВ включил, но работать он всё равно не стал, каналы зависали через 10 сек после включения, пульты в разобранном состоянии, ТВ мы так и не стали смотреть. Про мыло он забыл, пришлось ловить горничную на этаже, спасибо ей большое, вежливая девушка, извинилась и всё быстро исправила. При выезде заказали трансфер в аэропорт. Нужен был минивен т.к. нас 5 человек и много багажа. Другой невнятный молодой человек полдня не мог нам сказать будет машина или нет. В итоге приехал старый бус Мерседес с фанерным ящиком в багажнике, на котором в другое время видимо возят помидоры на рынок. Поцарапали новый чемодан. Думаю за 100 лари это уже слишком!
Жаль что такой потенциал отеля не раскрывается полностью. Привести в порядок завтрак и персонал и будет почти идеальный бутик-отель в тихом центре!

The staff were kind, welcoming, and room’s interior design.Another advantage was the location, as it was close to many of the city’s main attractions and easy to get around on foot.

Cons:

Since we were three people, we booked a room with one double bed and one sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was almost impossible to sleep on, and it didn’t even have a proper mattress. Even though we were exhausted after long days of sightseeing, we still couldn’t get a good night’s sleep because of it.

Another disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was very limited, and the food wasn’t particularly tasty or fresh. We actually ended up having breakfast at other restaurants instead of eating at the hotel.

The neighborhood was fine during the day, but in the evening it felt a little unsafe compared to other areas of the city. That said, considering the price, it was acceptable for a short stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
