Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Great location in an inner courtyard on a quiet street at walkable distance from most points of interest around the city. Close to the opera house, the Art Palace (which I warmly recommend), stores and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms with all needed amenities.

Прекрасный отель. Будет еще лучше, если номера будут лучше вентилироваться.
Pros:

Уютный отель расположен в красивом районе, рядом с туристической улицей и совсем недалеко от центра.
Очень уютный дворик, отзывчивый персонал. Номер был комфортный, очень порадовал дизайн и чистота. В нашем номере было совсем маленькое окно ближе к потолку, но для нас это не было проблемой.

Cons:

Есть проблема с вентиляцией, как в ванной комнате так и в самом номере. Окно в номере очень маленькое и с вентиляцией не справляется. Возможно, эта проблема была только в нашем номере.

Pros:

Отель новый, чистый. Интересный современный дизайн интерьера. Хорошая кровать и постельное белье. Персонал отзывчивый

Cons:

Расположение отеля с точки зрения осмотра достопримечательностей не очень удобное – до всего далеко. Маленькая парковка, на большой машине будут трудности. Вид из окна не очень - на стены соседних зданий. Завтрак скудный, кофе невкусный. В номере в санузле пахло канализацией, а вода из душа текла на пол.

Personnel is very nice and gentle and always ready to help!

Cons:

The room was for 2 people, however there was only one chair. The other person had to seat on the bed or on the other person’s knees😂
There was no hair conditioner in the shower cabin. The shower cabin is leaking, and there was a lake in the bathroom every time after showering.
