Mi sento di premiare questo hotel perché è piccolino, ma molto particolare, scavato nella roccia. Letto comodissimo e piscina piccola ma carina. Bagno con doccia super. Il centro storico si raggiunge a piedi in 15 minuti circa. Proprio dietro l’hotel c’è una bella vista sulla mother of Georgia. Colazione ok, migliorabile

A wonderful hotel with outstanding staff, an excellent location, and great facilities
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it and ended up staying in several different rooms. Our favorite was definitely the room with direct access to the terrace - it made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is excellent: the city center is only about a 15-minute walk away, and there are supermarkets and a pharmacy just around the corner, which was very convenient.

The staff were exceptional - always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. We also loved the heated rooftop pool, and the restaurant by the pool served delicious food in a lovely atmosphere.

We also appreciated the thoughtful bedding setup: each side of the bed comes with two pillows of different firmness levels, making it easy to choose the one that's most comfortable for you.

Cons:

In some of the rooms, there was no bath mat, so water from the shower would spread across the entire bathroom floor.

A few rooms could also benefit from some minor maintenance, such as reattaching wallpaper in a few places and removing cobwebs and spiders.

The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor was sometimes noticeable.

One thing future guests may want to know is that the beds are around 160 cm wide rather than king-size. They're perfectly suitable for couples, but if you're sharing a room with a friend or a family member, it's something to keep in mind. In one of our rooms, one side of the mattress had become a bit worn, and my husband woke up with back pain after sleeping on it.
