Super close the city center (walking distance), the Restaurent has a beautiful view of the city, and offers delicious food across the day for reasonable rates.
The view from the balcony. The staff was accommodating during the room change request and some smaller requests.
The photos on booking are deceiving, the property in reality is much older, the room had some weird smell that never went away (can be from the old carpet), the bathroom was not clean enough and generally i did not have a feeling of freshness.

The view
Disappointing! Dirty! Pictures and reality are a complete mismatch! Not recommended!
The hotel was honestly such a massive disappointment. The room was really dirty. The one wall was stained, the bathroom tiles had thick dirt on them, papers on the balcony in our room upon arrival, only one curtain hanging (the other one was off the hooks), the bathroom light didnt work.
We asked the hotel manager to have the light repaired and to have our room cleaned. They fixed the light but left the screws and dirt from the handiwork in the bathroom. The rest of the room untouched.
The breakfast was also so disappointing! No fruit 2 out of 3 mornings because they simply didnt have fruit. And overall just not tasty or fresh.
The only nice thing was the view from the hotel restaurant. But a view doesn't make up for bad service, bad breakfast and a dirty room.
The cleaners smoked in a room on our floor (we saw them on the balcony) and the entire floor smelt like smoke. Also chocolates disappeared from our room.

Overall, our stay was average, but there were several disappointing points.
Although Booking.com stated that check-in starts at 2:00 PM, the reception staff informed us that check-in was at 3:00 PM. They even made it seem as if allowing us to check in at 2:00 PM would be a complimentary early check-in, which was confusing and misleading.
Some of the reception staff were also quite indifferent and not particularly helpful. Another disappointment was that nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that our room would be located in the basement. It was labeled as "First Floor," but in reality it was on level -1. Even the elevator goes to -1 when you press the button for the first floor, which felt misleading.
On the positive side, the restaurant staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional. Since it was my birthday, the hotel kindly surprised me with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory.
Overall, the stay had both positive and negative aspects, but the lack of transparency regarding the room location and the inconsistent service at reception were the biggest drawbacks.
