Отличная гостиница с очень хорошим расположением — всё необходимое находится рядом, при этом в отеле спокойная и приятная атмосфера. Особенно понравился красивый вид из номера, а сами номера чистые, уютные и комфортные.
Завтраки заслуживают отдельной похвалы — хороший выбор блюд, всё свежее и вкусное. Персонал очень вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь.
Остались только положительные впечатления. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и рекомендуем гостиницу другим!
The view from the terrace and some rooms over the city is amazing and is the primary reason to stay at this hotel. Rooms are renovated and in good condition as well as showers though the absence of furniture (shelves or cabinet for dress) is big minus
the main attraction - the terrace with the view is closed relatively early in the evening.
returning back from the city uphill is challenging - take the taxi
the breakfast is fairly basic (but there is a good place next door for that)
Staff was polite but not too efficient (several my requests to fix or replace broken safe box were ignored)

Everything about our experience was excellent. The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay.
The room was lovely and comfortable, and every detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of. The service was consistently excellent and made us feel genuinely welcome.
We had a fantastic experience and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A true 10/10 experience!

Absolutely wonderful stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The hotel exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. A truly memorable experience! ❤️

The balcony views were beautiful, both from my room and from the breakfast area, and definitely added to the overall experience. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind throughout my stay, always making me feel welcome.
Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a lovely variety of options to choose from, and the coffee was particularly good. Overall, these were some of the highlights of my stay.
There wasn’t enough shade on the balcony during breakfast, which made it quite uncomfortable to sit outside, especially on hot and sunny mornings. It would be nice to have more umbrellas or some additional shaded areas so guests can properly enjoy breakfast outdoors.
The shower head in my bathroom was also damaged and didn’t work as well as it should, which was disappointing and something I would expect to be checked before a guest arrives.
Another point I found frustrating was the hotel’s policy of not allowing residents to sit on the balcony area in front of the lobby after 00:30. Especially during the summer, it would have been nice to have the option to sit outside for a while and enjoy the evening rather than being asked to leave the area. I understand that the hotel may have reasons for this policy, but as a guest, I found it unnecessarily restrictive.

Сделали Апгрейд номера и предоставили другой, с более лучшим видом (на город, вид шикарный)
Мало вешалок, нет стиральной машинки, шумные соседи (спали с открытой дверью, было слышно соседей с террасы, через номер с обеих сторон от нашего номера)
Ожидание заселения было длительным
This is one the most amazing stays i have ever experienced! Fantastic location with most beautiful views. Staff was super friendly. Room was very cosy and highest quality! Every detail was very comfortable and pleasant as for eyes also for use.
