This seems silly but for the price, could you add curtains or security shades? They had a roll up cloth blind but none of us were persuaded that the unhoused sleeping outside our window or those walking dogs couldn't see inside. Not to mention the street light was shining right into those windows. Drapes would have been very helpful. The bed was incredibly firm. And the pillows were far too soft. So none of us slept well due to the light, the bed and the pillows. I figured at the price I paid, it would have been a home away from home. I think it's time for the owners to go in and stay the night so they see what their guests are experiencing.

Bed was a little hard. People say outside noises are a distraction, but I honestly don't think they are that bad. Our room did have a noise machine in it, but I did not use it. No construction noises.

The shower didn’t drain. The washing machine smells awful and made our clothes smell bad too!
The dishes were dirty in the cabinets, I had to wash all of them before using. Directions for using the parking garage were vague, it took multiple trips to and from to get the key card to work right and figure it out. They charged us for damage we didn’t cause and accused us of smoking in the apartment which we did not do.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

We didn't like the quality of the bedding or furniture. It was stocked with the cheapest mattress, bedding and pillows on the market. The mattress and pillows had been sprayed with smelly febreeze instead of covered with washable pillow liners or mattress covers.

The washer an dryer damaged my clothes

My stay was unfortunately disappointing due to several unresolved issues. The first unit had dirty linens, so I was moved to another room. In the new unit, the TV only had sound but no visuals — despite multiple requests throughout the stay, it was never fixed. There was also a dirty towel in the room.

Communication between teams was confusing and repetitive, with different agents asking for the same details multiple times. I also requested to speak with an on-site manager several times, but no one was ever available.

Because of these issues, I was unable to make proper use of the advertised facilities, and much of my time was spent trying to get basic problems resolved. I was eventually offered a small ($50) goodwill refund, which does not reflect the level of inconvenience or service failure.
