El personal es muy amable, pero no llego a ayudarnos mucho con sus indicaciones con el seguro de unos de los apartamentos. Falta de sábanas y sería muy interesante un lugar para colgar las toallas de baño e incluso de playa

Some items could use a little updating.

no pot holders/oven mitts in the kitchen
no hooks on the back of the bathroom door for bathrobe and/or towels
big king size bed, king size pillows would be nice
Keurig coffee maker would be great

I think a deep clean needs to be done on this unit. Bedroom doors were filthy with black marks, bathroom sink needs to be cleaned inside as there is sludge inside the hole where water goes down, I also observed pink soap scum buildup on tiles in shower (bacteria) The towel bar was ripped off the wall, some patching could be down. The air conditioning was set at 63 degrees in bedroom, when I shut it off it did not come back on, from there I notified property manager and was sent pictures on how to fix it myself.
luckily my husband was visiting for the day and could figure it out, but remainder of stay cold air constantly blew on us in the living room area. It also said in my email a few days before all instructions would be in my booking app to check in, well that was not the case, they were in my email which was hard to find seeings how WiFi is spotty. We could have checked in earlier to our room which they could not accommodate, I had to call after 4pm, as I was told they were Emailed to me. I don’t believe I will be using this unit in the future, which is a shame because we loved the property the year previous, with a different unit, not sure if all the units are owned by different people? I would book the previous unit and not this one. I also believe the discounted rate was a lot of money but was told due to the time of year, again we got a fabulous rate the year prior and that’s one of the reasons I returned.

Could easily hear the family in the neighboring suite from the bedroom I was sleeping in. Balcony was across from the beach parking lot so not very relaxing to have coffee or eat on, during the day. Would suggest mirrors in the bedrooms due to one bathroom for getting ready. Lamp in front sitting room would be nice for evening reading in there without having to use overhead lights.

Little things were not taken care of, for example, there was no shower curtain and when I asked about that, they said they'd let housekeeping know after we left, which made for a messy stay. There were no instructions. The wrong remotes was placed for the tvs.

Couldn't find control/switch to turn fan in LR on. Tried all wall switches and remote control. Bathroom toilet tissue supply wasn't stocked well enough and there were no facial tissues. Shampoo and soap in shower were low to almost out.

The TV was streaming only. They should provide free TV as part of the reservation. Never saw a single person. Room never cleaned. Definitely on your own.

Internet issue but other than that… It was perfect!

Mauvais couchage dans le sofa.

Had problem with heat twice, during winter weather. Moved from first apartment when heat not operational. Second unit had heat, but went off after a few days. Took three days to get response and turn heat on. On last day, access key code was changed with no notification. Unnecessary issues with otherwise nice facility to stay in.

The couch wasn’t too comfortable and the air conditioning did not feel cool, the air was warm in entire unit.
