Pros:

Location was great, there was a lot of space and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Little things were not taken care of, for example, there was no shower curtain and when I asked about that, they said they'd let housekeeping know after we left, which made for a messy stay. There were no instructions. The wrong remotes was placed for the tvs.

Very nice, modern unit with great amenities - close to the beach and not far from Gloucester Harbor.
Pros:

Room was very well appointed, clean and located within a very short walk to the beach. Had an ocean view from the deck which was a nice surprise. (unit #9) Appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer.

Cons:

Couldn't find control/switch to turn fan in LR on. Tried all wall switches and remote control. Bathroom toilet tissue supply wasn't stocked well enough and there were no facial tissues. Shampoo and soap in shower were low to almost out.

The TV was streaming only. They should provide free TV as part of the reservation. Never saw a single person. Room never cleaned. Definitely on your own.

We need heat in winter
Pros:

Very nice facilities. Clean, ample space, equipment very complete.

Cons:

Had problem with heat twice, during winter weather. Moved from first apartment when heat not operational. Second unit had heat, but went off after a few days. Took three days to get response and turn heat on. On last day, access key code was changed with no notification. Unnecessary issues with otherwise nice facility to stay in.

Our stay was comfortable and conveniently located!
Pros:

Beautiful and clean, steps away from beach. Quiet surroundings and nice neighborhood to walk around.

Cons:

The couch wasn’t too comfortable and the air conditioning did not feel cool, the air was warm in entire unit.

Pros:

Unit was very spacious and plenty of room for 4 people. Having only one bathroom was kind of inconvenient, especially because the hot water did not last long enough for even one shower. Ceiling fans only go on one speed and the air conditioners in each room would not work consistently. Thankfully the weather is cooling down, but I couldn’t imagine trying to figure that out during the summer. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, so we could hear every single footstep and every conversation around us. The occupants in the unit next to us were outside in the parking lot laughing and having a grand ole time until past 11pm the first night. The second night, they were on their patio smoking and talking loudly. Not only could I hear their entire conversation, but the smell from their cigarettes filled our unit. I reached out to the property to make a complaint and they responded quickly stating they would reach out to them to remind them of the quiet hours and no smoking policy. Apparently they didn’t follow through because it was around midnight before they quieted down. If you cherish your sleep, pick a different property! They also charged us a $175 property fee which was NOT disclosed prior to booking.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. It is maybe 1/2 block to a block to the beach. So much to do nearby. The communication from the start was wonderful! We are already planning on returning!

Nice place, but the sound insulation could definitely be improved
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and very clean, with comfortable and large beds. It’s also in a great location, just a short walk from a beautiful beach

Cons:

The walls are quite thin, so you can hear a lot of noise from other guests. Unfortunately, we experienced some disturbances during the night, including someone doing laundry at 3:30 a.m. and frequent noise from the people walking in the apartment above us.
