Pros:

Interesting layout for the hotel. Did not like theelectronic checkin. Never saw any hotel staff in person.

Pros:

It was very quaint and enjoyable the staff was extremely friendly and helpful I would definitely stay here again. The property is aging a bit but they are working to rennovate and renew. This would should not be a deterrent.

Pros:

I absolutely loved this “quaint” hotel. Such a cute and cozy well- kept secret. I had a room with a view and it was walking distance to many restaurants and the 5th Ave mall. The room was decorated so cute that it inspired me to come home and update my own bedroom. Check-in was a breeze as everything was automated and convenient. Management allowed me to check in at 3 pm instead of 4. I wasn’t there at that time so they brought my suitcase to my room for me, which was a nice touch. I will definitely return!

Pros:

The room looks like it had been updated. The snacks in the "lobby" were reasonable priced, especially for AK. However, there was No A/C, the only window opens to the hallway, carpet had not been vacuumed, bed is super soft, room is small, and shower did not look clean, so I did not use. Location was ok. I hope I don't have to stay here again.

Pros:

Room is okay, recently renovated. Gets hot, fans provided. (No AC controls I could find). Construction site right outside window starts at 7am :( Main gripe, the entry/hallway smells. Not quite sure of what, but the carpet is old and prob needs replacing.
