Nice property and location, but uncomfortable beds and unclear pet policies affected the overall experience.

The property was clean, modern, and in a great location. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, and the check-in process was simple. The building amenities were also very nice.

Cons:

The beds and mattresses were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep during our stay. Additionally, the pet policy was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. After booking, I was informed of restrictions regarding the number of pets and leaving pets unattended, which created confusion and frustration. These policies should be communicated more clearly before guests make a reservation.

Pros:

Location. Large closet space. Appliances were excellent and clean, as was kitchen area.

Cons:

No desk or writing surface. Lack of seating (only 1 chair). Pink mold around shower and on bottom of shower curtain. Night stand on only one side of bed. No lobby. Inadequate self park options. No pick up/drop off area or an area to park and unload luggage while checking in.

The room was very spartan. It would have been nice to have a chair to sit and read. For me, the bed was not the most comfortable.
