Great location and very clean. Would stay again.
Pros:

Very clean property with excellent facilities really modern layout of the apartment, small but has everything you would need. The bed was so comfy, really good mattress on it.

Cons:

I’m a light sleeper so this wouldn’t effect every guest but I found the street around hotel loud til around 1am and as room was on small size the fridge from kitchenette is right beside bed so three times during night the humming from the fridge was quite loud, even woke my husband who is heavy sleeper. If I had ear plugs with me wouldn’t have been an issue. We were staying for a baseball game, great location for Tropicana field.

Pros:

Location was perfect. Walkability was perfect. Enjoyed the balcony view of the pool. Lots of good restaurants around and close to the Tampa Bay Rays stadium.

Okay Stay in a Pinch
Pros:

Location; smack downtown.

Cons:

Accidental fee is $250. Room was so-so clean, shower head was crusted with lime and there’s dirt smudges over the doors/side tables by the bed. Every parking option cost money. The dollar value per room cannot be justified.

Absolutely best unit we’ve ever stayed in!
Pros:

Nothing not to like! Excellent location, very nice, clean and insanely affordable units! And the best part is they were super dog friendly! There was even a welcome bag for my dogs! The unit was perfect and we will likely never stay anywhere else in St. Pete!

Nothing - everything was exceptional!

Overall it was pleasant.
Pros:

Centrally located near plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.

Cons:

The pool bathroom was disgusting.
When valet retrieved my vehicle, I ran back to my room. My car was there but the valet didn’t leave the keys with anybody which caused me to have to walk to my appointment. I was very frustrated and disappointed

Pros:

Close to stadium

Cons:

They didn't have parking for guests you had to pay 40 a night valet which I wasn't told. They charge your credit card 250.00 as a hold and didn't inform me. Bed was uncomfortable. .
