Pros:

Location. Large closet space. Appliances were excellent and clean, as was kitchen area.

Cons:

No desk or writing surface. Lack of seating (only 1 chair). Pink mold around shower and on bottom of shower curtain. Night stand on only one side of bed. No lobby. Inadequate self park options. No pick up/drop off area or an area to park and unload luggage while checking in.

Great location. Clean. Great views from the balcony.

Cons:

The room was very spartan. It would have been nice to have a chair to sit and read. For me, the bed was not the most comfortable.

You can walk to Tropicana field it was approximately 2 football fields from this place or shorter distance

Parking! Your parking accommodations are terrible. I have a handicap permit because of my wife medical condition, but the hotel website or the hotel personnel doesn't explain any type of other parking option. Is likes they make you use only the valet parking for the exaggeration amount of $40.00. I am a disabled veteran with an 89-year-old wife I feel that we deserved better. They charged me $40.00 without never offer any other option.

Big rooms and close to Tropicana Field

Cons:

The parking situation. Everything is valet and it took 30 minutes for the one guy to run over 2 blocks to retrieve your vehicle. There should be 2-3 guys doing this.
Also the pool area gets closed too early, not for the pool but for outside visiting area.

Great First Vacation in St. Pete's, thanks to Mint House!
Pros:

This was my first time time in St. Pete's and I couldn't have asked for a better location as someone without a car. Easy walk to a number of restaurants, bars, grocery/liquor stores, transportation to the pier and the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen had everything you could need if you want to save a little money on eating out. Enjoyed sitting out my balcony at night when it cooled down. Nice sized, warm pool for the days I didn't feel like venturing too far.

Cons:

My only suggestion would be that more attention needs to be paid to the kitchen area in between guests. Some of the utensils had clearly been used and just put back in the drawer. While I put that largely on the previous, inconsiderate guest, I've seen another comment with the same issue so this is clearly something the hotel needs to be checking. My only issue and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
