Spacious- clean- modern decor room. Rooms on the third floor have balcony. Neighborhood is relatively newly developed with new buildings and feels safe even though it might’ve been an industrial area in the past. Staff are very nice/helpful. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool because it was raining but looked OK perhaps it would be crowded on a sunny day.
Not much around within walking distance. You definitely need a car. Parking options are OK- you walk a couple of blocks but feels safe.
No daily room cleaning service.
Toiletry amenities were lacking. Kitchen was well equipped, but no welcome water. had coffee beans (it came with a coffee grinder) but no teas.

We enjoyed our stay at the Roost. It's in a great location and safe neighborhood. A great restaurant across the street and coffee shop onsite. Would come back!

Lovely experience in every way. Pristine suite, stylish shared spaces, warm and professional staff. The facility is cashless which was the only inconvenience for me, but that was minor.
From the check in to the checkout the staff was exemplary! This is a great place to stay, commuting to the harbor was easy.
The location seems to be an up-and-coming location called the Baltimore Penesula which has ties to the company Under Armour. Several places to eat within walking distance, especially Nick's Seafood House, which was highly recommended. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms were also clean and comfortable with an urban feel. The price was affordable. The noise level was tolerable, but faintly heard guests moving about above. The room came with kitchen utensils but no coffee or coffee maker. Lastly, there is no business center where printing can be done without depending on the desk attendees. It was nice that they were helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again.
