Roost is always good to us! This is our go-to spot when we come visit. View are nice. Rooms always clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Plus, this weekend the area was a bit busy but it didn’t inconvenience us at all. Truly appreciated that!
The hotel was perfect! It was very clean and the staff was very kind. The staff was also very knowledgeable about parking in the neighborhood. It was quiet.

Spacious- clean- modern decor room. Rooms on the third floor have balcony. Neighborhood is relatively newly developed with new buildings and feels safe even though it might’ve been an industrial area in the past. Staff are very nice/helpful. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool because it was raining but looked OK perhaps it would be crowded on a sunny day.
Not much around within walking distance. You definitely need a car. Parking options are OK- you walk a couple of blocks but feels safe.
No daily room cleaning service.
Toiletry amenities were lacking. Kitchen was well equipped, but no welcome water. had coffee beans (it came with a coffee grinder) but no teas.

Also, there are two different sizes of the 1 bedrooms and I wanted the bigger size but got the smaller size

We enjoyed our stay at the Roost. It's in a great location and safe neighborhood. A great restaurant across the street and coffee shop onsite. Would come back!
