Great location! Loved the layout of the 2 bed apartment and having a full kitchen- including a toaster and coffee maker. Plenty of free parking within less than one block of the building.
The bathroom was not cleaned - there was hair and residue in the bathtub. The pull out bed also had many hairs and looked like the sheets had not been washed.
majority of the property was very nice. I just really hated my experience I had with the site Staff.
I really did not like the staff management housekeeping. They are very rude. They made my stay. They could’ve been four or five star. Stay go all the way down to a one and I’ve had to completely change and redo my life plans simply because they wanted me to have repercussions and have consequences for sleeping past my alarm, which was already a very stressful time for me as I was running late to a very important job interview and they decided to make it 1000 times worse and refused to help me and refused to even acknowledge my existence at some point.
Très bien situé, a seulement 20min à pied du Coors field. L'accès est facile, pas besoin de clé, juste des code qui te son fournis par message, donc tu peux arriver a n'importe quel heure.

I called multiple times and a technician was never sent. Requesting a 20%-30% refund. It was in the 90 degrees during the day and low 80s at night.
Sweated by way through a 6 night stay.
Location was great close to restaurants and cafes
Lots of maintenance issues. Water dripping from bathroom ceiling for the last 5 days of our stay (probably from AC unit) so had to use waste basket in the middle of bathroom and towels to catch the water. Dryer took over 5 hours to dry very small load. Had to reset breakers for microwave to work. Used a few towels to clean up the ceiling leak and never got replacement towels although we asked for them. Great location, nice apartment otherwise.

Had to call their support staff number upon arrival to ask for access code that was not provided prior or at check-in time. It took them about 14 minutes to provide me with that information.
The room and the location were great. Everything was clean and useful.
I asked for a 3pm check in time, which is the normal check in time at most hotels and airbnbs. We had an event to get ready for and wanted to check in and change before heading out. It was difficult to know who exactly to send the message to, but I send it through the Sonder app and another email that was on reservation confirmation. It was not clear to whom to communicate with. I was told there would be an additional $20 fee for every hour of early check in. This is reasonable, but having such a late check-in makes it necessary for many. The communication was very unfriendly, probably an AI response.

Would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge and a less complicated coffee machine. The shower head could be improved
Very spacious apt with lots of mod cons and ability to wash clothes. Also liked the big fridge freezer with ice/water. Area is quiet and has lots of breweries / food places. Also easy to get into downtown on lime bikes.
As expected there was no desk or staff. So used app for any issues I had which was all good.
Door lock and dryer were both broken prompting a lot of communication with staff. Two of us got locked in the bathroom at separate times and it was terrifying. Very lacking in towels for 3 people.
This was a great location for getting to different areas within RiNo. We used scooters for longer rides, and bikes to get to Confluence Park.
There were pods for doing laundry in our unit, which was extremely helpful. Bed was firm and didn't sag in the middle.
It was really exactly what we needed. No specific frills, no check-in desk, just a very minimal experience, which we loved. There is nothing I would have changed.

Super clean, huge apartment, got 2br instead of 1 which is cool, fully equipped kitchen: you can cook if you need. Washing and drying machines, and pods included which is nice
