The reception agent was terrible. No customer service. She grunted and huffed at us.
The bathroom was painted over so many times and peeling from ceiling.
The floor was so slippery we wiped with towel and towel was black. The couch was so old and stained we didn’t dare sit on it.
Check-in staff was friendly and it was close to the airport and the landscape was tidy. Unfortunately, that is just about all the nice I can say about my stay. I've stayed at roadside motels that were nicer. The mattress was comfortable, even if I was worried that I would catch something by sleeping on it, and the room was large (but with so much dirt and ick to look at, this wasn't a bonus)
There was black mold on the ceiling coming from the air vent, which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in maybe a decade - I chose to not run the A/C to avoid pushing more of it into the air, despite it being mid July and warm. The curtains had a very thick layer of dust. The outside door barely closed. I pushed a heavy table up against it when I slept for a sense of safety. The bathroom door didn't close and the door frame was split. I saw roaches. There were flies in the room and the carpet had a moistness to it that was very disturbing. The walls and headboard of the bed had smears of stuff on them. I wiped down every service that I touched or laid anything on - and it was rare that my wipe came away unsoiled. Ew.

No room available for me after booking online. I ended up sharing a room with a stranger. The room was ok but needs a major rehabilitation.

Some of the best features are not there any longer. Grills near the pool. And kitchen appliances wasn’t great.

Our stay was overnight due to unexpected travel interruption. We were happy just to be able to have a comfortable place to spend the evening seeing that most hotels around the Philadelphia Airport were booked due to FIFI World Cup play. I cannot make any comparison concerning an extended stay vs overnight. The accommodations for overnight were comfortable for us and the breakfast bar provided was plentiful and welcoming.
The location, it was close to the airport.
The room was old fashioned, the comforter was old, the room smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom was old. It needs refurbishment and renovations

We couldn't even stay here as the condition of outside amd parking lot was terrible. Didn't even want to see inside!
Spacious
Dirty, especially in the bathroom. The tub had remnants of hair left from the previous guest. The pillows were uncomfortable

Tapis dans la suite vieillot, rideau de douche sale et aurait eu besoin d'un petit lavage de porte d'armoires de la cuisinette car on voyait les traces de doigts des anciens occupant.
