Outstanding location.
Cons:

Outstanding location. Eminities could be better. Customer service very lacking. Staff seemed like it was a bother to check me in and answer any questions. Weekday staff was much better. No hot water in the shower.

GOOD & BAD
Pros:

Location 1st Size of room 2nd & PRICE.

Cons:

Rules in writing of what is usually staff responsibility...ie emptying own garbage, washing dishes, actually cleaning room to same state as when I walked in or be held responsible & have incidental hold deducted. What is maids duty ? 🤔

Rooms not cleaned properly, stains everywhere on towels, couch , sheet . Hair. Kettle was full of mold. Whiskey bottle left from previous guests meaning not a good cleaning

THE OVERALL HOTEL EXPERIENCE. BREAKFAST WAS MAGNIFICENT EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T GO THE 1ST DAY.

Cons:

The WATER DIDN'T GET HOT IN THE SHOWER AS I LIKE.
Not a lot of places to order food from without a large delivery fee.

Beware of paid parking, noisy hotel
Pros:

Rooms were large.

Cons:

You had to pay $13 a day for parking even though the lot was part of the building, not an off site or public lot. This made the price comparable to nicer hotels. Hotel plumbing was noisy. Other guests played loud music outside our room at 1:00 am.

Perfect for those with mobility issues; ADA compliant kitchen suites on ground floor w/parking!!!!
Cons:

The hotel is laid out with ADA compliant suites on ground floor with parking just outside the apartment door. The front desk is helpful in addressing our needs and providing information. I rented a mobility scooter for my stay in Philadelphia. The front desk stored it until my arrival and kept it safe after I left so the rental agency could pick it up. The suites have a kitchen so it made our stay really nice.

Pulito all esterno , sporco in camera
Pros:

Comodo per la vicinanza all aeroporto, nessun fastidio dagli aerei. Appartamento spazioso.Esterni curati. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile. Colazione non varia ma abbondante.

Cons:

Pulizia scarsa , moquettes vecchia e macchiata , Cucina: dotazione assente( no posate,no pentole, niente!)

La piscine était dans un état pitoyable. Impossible de se baigner. Les poubelles dans les allées était pleines de détritus et boite de pizza. Le petit dej deguelasse. Moi je recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Les photos ne reflètes pas la réalités. Dommage

The right hotel at the right time in the right place.

Proximity to PHL.

Cons:

The toilet was clogged and we had to use The toilet in other places. It was mentioned to the gentleman at the desk when we checked out! But we do like the convenience of your hotel.
