Mediocre at best. Overpriced for the experience.
Pros:

We appreciated the bunk beds for the kids.

Cons:

The kitchen was pretty, but not outfitted well. Old scratched up cheap teflon pot and plastic cups and bowls. A few keurig k-cups, but no sugar/stevia or creamers. In unit 8, there is a STRONG mold smell emanating from the sink. We stopped it up and had to keep the bathroom door closed in order to be able to fall asleep. Another challenge to sleep was the outdoor flood light directly above the master bedroom window that stays on all night. Even with the shade closed, the room remains illuminated.
There are designated parking spots, however, they are littered with broken car window glass…not a good sign. Also, if you check the map, it’s impressive how close to the lake this house is…did not realize there was a HUGE factory blocking your sight and access to the lake. It’s fenced off and private property for blocks. Could’ve stayed at a motel and had an equally mid experience for half the price.

Pros:

This is a gem of a property! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was fabulous and the room and amenities were great.

Cons:

The walls between apartments were not insulated and we could hear everything happening next door, and I'm sure they could hear us as well.

Loved it!
Pros:

loved the location and all the modern amenities. The bathroom was amazing with the large shower. Kitchen and living space were wonderful and bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

They said they would send the check-in information to the hotel and room via e-mail 3 hours before check-in, but there was no e-mail and we had to wait 15 minutes at the door.

We had a great time at The Inn, would highly recommend to families looking to go to either Cedar Point or to take a ferry to the islands while in season (ferry from Sandusky stops service after labor day)
