Pros:

Faptul că fetele de la recepție au fost dragute si au luat măsuri în rezolvarea problemelor apărute.

Cons:

5 stele e mult ptr această locatie! I-aș da 3 stele cu indulgență. Nu stiu cine este managerul acestui hotel, dar își face treaba foarte prost! Am schimbat 3 camere să am un minim necesar de facilități! Prima cameră pe care am primit-o, era în partea către stradă și se auzeau toate masinile care treceau, un zgomot pe care n-am putut să-l suport, deoarece se aude TOT de afară in camere! Părerea mea este că nu e izolat fonic deloc! Am cerut să mi se schimbe camera din cauza galagiei, fata de la recepție a fost drăguță si mi-a schimbat-o. În a doua cameră, am crezut că mă pot relaza si eu in sfârșit, dar nici o șansă! Când am intrat să-mi fac duș, apa nu era posibil sa fie reglată la o temperatură care să fie ok ptr a-mi face duș. Ba era prea fierbinte clocotită, ba rece ca gheața. Mi-am făcut dus cu apă rece,după ce m-am ars deja cu cea clocotită. La ghiuvetă abia dacă curgeau 2 stropi de apă, mai deloc. In plus, wi-fi-ul din cameră nu a funcționat DELOC! A doua zi, am sesizat problema la recepție, iar fetele, drăguțe ca de obicei, mi-au schimbat din nou camera. Am rămas în a 3-a cameră până la plecarea mea din hotel, dar, experiența a fost ORIBILĂ. Nu e liniște DELOC! Se aude galagie si de afară, dar si de pe coridorul hotelului. NIMENI nu face liniste, nici oamenii cazați, dar nici personalul hotelului, țipete,urlete, uși trântite maxim la orice oră din zi si noapte. Ești deranjat de câteva ori, chiar dacă activezi semnul DO NOT DISTURB! În cameră nu există un meniu de unde să-ti poți comanda ceva de mâncare, nici o listă cu numere de telefon, un room-service. La partea de mini-bar, ai doar de băut, dar zero snaksuri sau gustări. Nu merită 5 stele acest hotel, maxim 3 cu indulgență. Managerul trebuie schimbat, iar prețul este MULT prea mare pentru asemenea servicii. Să nu mai zic de servirea la masa de pranz pe care am luat-o acolo....oribilă si aia!!! Deci...clar nu voi mai reveni NICIODATĂ la hotelul vostru! PA!

Comfortable and Modern
Pros:

Nice breakfast (peeled fruit! Such a rarity in Romania!) and super modern feel. Loved it.

Cons:

Not very near the historical centre of Timișoara. It's still 1 hour or so by foot. Such a pity.

A very good hotel, if only it were elsewhere
Pros:

Let's start off with the good stuff. Breakfast was very good, as were the overall interior quality and design of the room, beds were very comfortable too! All very high-luxury style. Staff was very friendly, and one positive about the location was the proximity to some supermarkets to do a quick snack run before midnight.

Cons:

Sadly, there were a few disappointments along the way.
- There was a bad odour coming from the bathroom which we couldn't limit even by opening the bathroom window and closing the bathroom door.
- The view was...not good. Basically we were looking straight at the windows of an apartment block ten meters away, and they were looking right back at us. So the curtains remained closed at all times.
- Which brings us to the location. Obviously, I should have checked before booking, that's on me. But the hotel is just in a weird location. It's not near the Old Town, it's not near the biggest shopping malls, it's not near the airport, it's kind of...just in the middle of residential apartment blocks. Union Square is 1h by foot / 30m by bus which, in a city with just 250,000 people, is impressively far. We were there with our car so this wasn't a problem, but it might be bothersome to you.
