Very very high quality and maintenance, everything is perfectly handled, all the facilities are perfect and everything is very clean, perfect location, staff is very welcoming and nice
Everything was perfect
The room did not match the specifications on the hotel's website and as detailed in Booking.com. I took a family suite with a connecting door, and it was stated that the sofa in the living room could be converted into a double bed, but there was no such sofa. They brought me 2 uncomfortable pull-out beds, and the third child had to sleep with us and the parents. The window was not working properly and when it rained, it entered the bedroom. There were a lot of glitches and the vacation became unpleasant.
Decent for what you pay. Spa was in renovation and mentioned nowhere during reservation. This hotel was specifically preferred to others for this reason. The staff was really unhelpful and offered no compensation of any type. Very disappointed for a hotel of these standards.

Special thanks to Razhdeni who from the first moment made us feel comfortable and upgraded our room. We had a small issue with laundry which he solved immediately. Throughout our stay, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! He is truly a big asset for the hotel!
