Would definitely stay again
Pros:

I absolutely loved the hotel. The employees were very respectful, understanding, and welcoming. The rooms were nice and clean, and whenever I had an issue, they resolved it quickly with no problems at all. I truly appreciated the great customer service and comfortable stay

The front desk was very nice

Cons:

Pictures are 100% deceiving. Room was worn down and not clean. Deadbolt broken. Toilet and tub struggled. Hair on sheets. Bird droppings on balcony railing and chairs. No tv in bedroom and tv in living room did not work. Furniture was dirty and floors as well. Hotel itself is extremely old and worn with strange odors. Homeless family at the pool sleeping.

Good value . A suite / condo for the price of a hotel room
Pros:

Great location . Right on the beach . My balcony was directly overlooking the beach and ocean . Clean updated room . Great restaurants and shopping nearby . Quiet . Happy with my stay .

Cons:

The weather wasn’t the best but that’s not the fault of Willow bay .

My stay was definitely deplorable, and deceptive.

Mary front desk was Great!

This place is deplorable, not clean, beds for kids are in a closet, no TV in the maim bedroom , cabinet door hanging off. There are no updated appliances. The window in the bedroom faces the inside corridor. I didn’t enjoy the accommodations and my grandkids and husband were vvery uncomfortable. The description on the internet is no where near what this place looks like. It was very deceptive. In their off season they need to do a deep cleaning. Bird poop and feathers are every where in the inside corridor. This was my first trip since Covid and I couldn’t wait to get home. I think I’m due a full refund due to the deception and description of property. We were up all night due to a huge spider crawling on the ceiling in the closet bedroom. I sat up and slept Friday night on the sofa with the kids and husband sat up Saturday night because the kids refused to sleep in beds in the closet after seeing the Spider. I would like a full refund . I never order out and cook. This was my reason for staying here for the kitchnette. I was afraid to even turn the stove on . The burner eyes were so Rusty. Mary really try’s, but the owner or owners really need to invest some money and clean this place. The rug in the elevator looks like it’s been there since 1970. The things mentioned can easily be fixed. You know when you get on the elevator , immediately you’ve chosen the wrong accommodations. We were so uncomfortable the kids were up at 6:30 am on Sunday asking when we were leaving.We left the resort by 7:40. To have driven 6 hrs to get here and have sleeping and long conditions like this is absolutely mortifying.

Pros:

The property is old and needs maintenance, the pools and hot tub along with rooms were not well maintained. Beds were old and creepy. Ocean view was good but the price for the property did not meet its standards. The kitchen in the unit had hardly anything to cook and eat in. Reception staff was good and polite.
