Simple Comfort - but NOISY!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Aside from the noise, my room was quite comfortable - but simple: no bath mats or hand towels, etc. The restaurant was good - I spent a lot of time there waiting for my connecting transport.

Cons:

The street noise is deafening! Fortunately, much of it died off in the late evening.
I had to walk up and down six flights of stairs once when the elevator was stuck - but most of the time it worked ok.

Pros:

Les chambres sont simples et confortables. Il y a du savon, des brosses à dent et du dentifrice à disposition ainsi que des linges. Le restaurant est sympa et il y a du choix sur les menus.
Le personnel est très sympa et à l'écoute.

安いので期待していなかったが、とても良い設備だった
部屋が広く、シャワーのお湯もしっかり出た、窓からの眺めも良い
町の中心部でとても便利な場所
スタッフも親切

Cons:

エレベーターが開かない時があった、いろいろ押したら動いたので問題にはならなかった
朝食のスタッフ(お姉さん)が無愛想だった

Super clean, excellent staff, good restaurant, noisy, affordable.
Pros:

The entire building is exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is always someone at reception. I was quite comfortable during my stay.
The restaurant is pretty good and the prices are decent.
Breakfast always had options I liked (the coffee is instant, but I brought my own - there is hot water).
The wifi was quite reliable and fast. There were a couple of power outages, but the hotel has emergency power.
Water was usually hot for showering (6 out of 7 times).
It is at the bus stand, so location is great for travel at odd times of the day.

Cons:

It's AT the bus stand, and it's noisy. My room was on the side of the hotel, which wasn't so bad, but the restaurant was unbearable now and then. There are multiple calls to prayer blasting at the same time, music over speakers cranked to max, and some of the bus horns hitting decibles that could melt your eardrums. Fortunately, it's pretty quiet between 11pm and 5am. Loud seems pretty standard for all of Tanzania, so this isn't a fault of the hotel, but the location does play a factor.
