Pros:

It's very convenient as it's close to the airport. The rooms are comfortable. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. The breakfast has a wide variety of options.

Disappointed
Pros:

The food was good, and the staff were generally pleasant. However, we were disappointed by the lack of flexibility during an emergency. We requested to cancel one night and receive a refund, but this was declined. Since a refund was not possible, we asked if the hotel could assist us with transport to the train station, but this was also declined, and we were asked to pay for the transport ourselves. Despite explaining the urgency of our situation and our need to be in Dar by 10 a.m., we felt our concerns were not understood. Overall, the experience left us disappointed.

Amazing hotel with excellent customer service !
Pros:

The location and the service from the staff was excellent. Chris the Manager was extremely helpful and understood our needs. Overall a very good clean and well kept hotel right in the centre of Dodoma and close to the SGR .

Cons:

Nothing everything was on point for me.

Great location, comfortable rooms!
Pros:

The staff at breakfast were so nice and friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable, I appreciated the blackout curtains and the overall comfort of the room.
