It was a pleasant surprise, hopefully the standard of service is maintained.
Pros:

The location. The restaurant and room service staff were particularly nice. The option to order a meal even if you had arrived late was thoughtful. Great mattress too.

Most of the staff were very friendly

Cons:

The were so many people going to the roof top party and me being with kids was uncomfortable wish they had separate entrence.

What I liked about the property:
Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons:

What I didn’t like:
The only downside was that I requested a late check-out until 1:00 PM, but unfortunately my request was not accommodated. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Fantastic stay at the Urban by CityBlue Hotel, Dar es Salaam
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and how spacious they were. I also like the attitude of the support staff who attended to us flawlessly

Cons:

I didn't like the manager, who was of Indian decent - with the amount of money we were spending at the facility, he seemed so negative and with very poor customer care skills
