Pleasant stay with great service from the front reception desk
Pros:

Great service from Stan on the front desk who let us put our bicycles in the luggage storage room. Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay with a good breakfast.

Cons:

Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon zur Fjordseite. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt in einem Hotel bzw Zimmer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls toll und die Lage direkt neben dem Pub und dem Hurtigruten Museum toll. Tolle Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen. Auch sehr nettes Personal! Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

A Room with The View!
Pros:

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the fjord. View was brilliant. The bedroom was superb. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. The staff were very helpful. We would definitely recommend. Probably the best hotel we've stayed in so far on our 3 week Norwegian holiday. We were traveling on bicycles and the hotel were very accommodating towards us.

Très bien situé, très bien équipé, très belle salle de bain et lit très confortable.

Cons:

Ce qui est surprenant avec tous ces qualificatifs et pour un hôtel neuf, c'est que l’́évier de la salle de bain était quasi bouché ! La tv n'était pas branchée et l'air conditionné ne semblait pas bien fonctionner. Enfin, il ne faisait pas très chaud dans la salle de bains.

Alt i alt veldig fornøyd!
Pros:

Vårt familierom var stort og innbydende!
Med to barn med på lasset har vi på andre hotell opplevd at det blir trangt og kjedelig på rommet, men her var det stor plass til å være på, i tillegg til en liten sittegruppe hvor barna kunne tegne. Her var også personalet helt suveren, som stilte med en liten "goodie-bag" til barna med tegnesaker og en liten tegnebok, samt ballonger og en liten kjærlighet.
God frokost!

Cons:

Kaldt på rommet ved ankomst, særlig på badet.
Fikk skrudd opp temperatur på rom via personalet i resepsjonen.

An unexpected gem that made the stay worthwhile.
Pros:

The room was really spacious and comfortable. The midnight sun did not bother me as the drapes shut out all external lights. Very modern and close to the airport.

Cons:

The hot water was a little low for what I am used to and was unable to increase the temperature.
