Pros:

The hotel is located outside the center of Oslo, but this is not a disadvantage at all. The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and organized, while the staff is friendly and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep.
The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food.
I would especially like to highlight Ibrahim, a waiter who left an outstanding impression with his kindness, politeness, and positive attitude. His dedication to guests and genuine hospitality make him a true example of excellent service. A man with a big heart who significantly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The reception staff could be more friendly and welcoming towards guests, which would further improve the overall guest experience.
