Charmante is truly a gem in the heart of Bergen!
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay at Charmante! The beautiful French-themed decor, unique atmosphere, cosy room, and thoughtful little details made our stay truly special. Breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Every corner of this hotel is a dream. We would love to come back!

Stunning hotel, bizarre experience at check-out
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel: decor, atmosphere, attention to detail and location are exceptional. It is a truly special place.

Cons:

Our experience was slightly spoiled by a rather surprising charge after leaving the hotel: we were billed for allegedly taking a wine opener from the minibar. Yes, a corkscrew! For a hotel of this standard, I would expect a little more care before charging guests for supposedly missing items...

Beste i Bergen.
Pros:

Fantastisk service fra ankomst! Ble servert velkomst glass før vi kom inn døra og suiten var utmerket.
Spiste taste meny på kvelden, som også var av de beste i Bergen. Deiligste hotelfrokosten på lenge, og morsomt med inkludert cremant til forkost.

En fryd for hjertet❤️
Pros:

Alt var perfekt.Alle sanser fikk valuta for pengene. God lukt i alle rom og tapeter, lamper og pyntegjenstander, er en fryd for øyet. Estetikk på høyt nivå. De bildene av hunder som henger over alt, er gøyale. Vi kommer igjen!

Pros:

The Charmante Skostredet Hotel has so many attributes to include a great location near city center, fish market and ferry berths, a terrific and helpful staff and a decor that is totally unique and inviting.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was not bright enough.

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück ist sehr speziell; es gibt kein Büffet, man muss alles bestellen. Außer einem Omelett gibt es keine Eierspeisen, wie ein gekochtes Ei.
