Cons:

Non è un 4 stelle. Le tapparelle erano rotto e non si potevano alzare , inoltre poco illuminata anche dalle luci artificiali . I miscelatori lavabo doccia e bidet del bagno non erano di un hotel 4 stelle.

Nice building, poor service!

I liked the building and the architecture. My dates ware changed on my request.

Cons:

Well.. The attitude of the manager was pretty cold. Turned out he is also the bartender. The breakfast was a joke. Basically you wont have one - 4 toast slices, 4 eggs and coffee. That`s it. There ware 2 slices of ham and cheese with expired dates. We ate in our room afterwards. There is a descend amount of dust here and there.

Una bella struttura ma con servizi non all'altezza di un 4 stelle
Pros:

La struttura è sicuramente molto bella, con finiture liberty e arredi vintage piacevoli e in stile. La camera era molto ampia ed accogliente, con un buon condizionamento e ben arredata. La posizione è molto buona per chi vuole visitare il centro di Brescia: lontana dalla confusione, ma in una zona tranquilla da cui si raggiunge in 10-15 minuti di cammino la zona più centrale. E' inoltre comoda per la stazione, anch'essa a 10 minuti di cammino. Sono presenti inoltre diverse aree di parcheggio.

Cons:

Su Booking la struttura è catalogata come un hotel a 4 stelle. Non penso che possa essere indicata come tale per diversi motivi, che possono risultare molto limitanti, soprattutto nel caso di viaggio di lavoro. Innanzitutto la colazione viene servita alle 8.00 e solo dopo un po' di insistenza mi è stato consentito di anticiparla alle 7.40. La reception è aperta per 12 ore: sebbene sia garantita (o almeno è quanto ci è stato detto) la copertura via cellulare, l'assenza di personale per le altre 12 ore può essere un problema. La camera era solo spazzata quotidianamente, mentre i servizi erano puliti saltuariamente (ho trovato ad esempio più volte la doccia non pulita). La biancheria da bagno non è stata cambiata quotidianamente: non penso sia sempre necessario, ma in un paio di occasioni ho lasciato l'asciugamano per terra per chiedere di cambiarlo (come si usa fare in questi casi) e l'ho ritrovato piegato sui supporti.

camera spaziosa

Cons:

l'aria condizionata era molto rumorosa, la seditoia del wc rotta, i comodini avevano questo rivestimento di tessuto che era macchiato e sporco. La posizione è appena fuori dal centro, si impiega 15-20min per raggiungerlo a piedi (i bus durante i weekend sono molto carenti)

Cons:

La camera era molto buia e con uno stile molto vecchio. Il bagno aveva la doccia intasata quindi l’acqua si accumulava nel piatto doccia, inoltre la doccia era piena di calcare quindi l’acqua non usciva bene.
Colazione misera.

Очень приветливый администратор: предложил кофе, воду, донес тяжелый чемодан на 2-ой этаж - спасибо ему большое. Просторный номер, кондиционер работал исправно. От вокзала и до центра идти недалеко. Необычный интерьер.
