It looks better on the photos, and it does not give a 4 star hotel experience..

The building looks old and it has a charm. The location is ok, the old town is in walking distance.

Cons:

It is far from a 4 star hotel. The rooms need a renovation, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken, the shower was moldy, even the tap wasn’t working well, the air conditoner was squeaking when it was on..

We loved this place. It’s in a beautifully restored old building with high ceilings, big rooms, and a grand staircase.

The décor is classic: lovely furniture, paintings, mirrors, but it still has everything you actually need as a traveler, including a small kitchenette in the room.

The neighborhood is quiet, and we could park right nearby, which made life easy.

The staff were fantastic: kind and helpful.

Breakfast felt very Italian and hit the spot: good coffee, fresh croissants, cheese, ham, eggs — simple, tasty, and enough for both of us and the kids.

We’ll definitely come back to Brescia and stay here again as a family. Highly recommended.

Pros:

La habitación era una suite enorme. Todo nuevo y muy limpio. El desayuno, aunue no es la variedad de lo que te puedes encontrar en un hotel de España, no estab mal. Creo que le faltaaba fruta y algo mas de pan y tener leche vegetal. 0ero en general bien

Cons:

El hotel no tiene ascensor, si vas con maletas pesadas eso es un handicap. El desayuno está bien pero le faltaba mas variedad (fruta, algo caliente,..)
