Traumhaftes Landgut mit tollem Service, tollen Mitarbeitern, leckerem Essen aus dem eigenen Garten

Das Haus ist ein ehemaliges Kloster mit Wein- und Olivenhain, das wundervoll umgebaut wurde. Uns hat besonders der Naturpool und die Ruhe im schattigen Garten gefallen. Wir waren vom Frühstück und Abendessen begeistert, das vor allem mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten zubereitet wurde. Der Service war herausragend und alle Mitglieder des Personals super hilfreich und freundlich.

Cons:

Alles war toll: Eine kleine Fehlfunktion im Bad wurde nicht nur so schnell wie möglich behoben, sondern es gab als Entschädigung auch ein Extra-Getränk.

Hervorragendes Personal, die den Aufenthalt zu einem Wohlfühlort machen. Essen und Frühstück sehr gut. Schwimmteich, Biotop, sehr gepflegt. In 10 Minuten im Ort, Fussweg über die Treppe. Billard, Schach und Klavier vor Ort.

Pros:

Excellent location. Service and breakfast are superb. The room is big but more simple than its price. The natural pool although in the beginning we had our concerns is great.

Absolutely everything, it was amazing, the staff were incredible, so friendly, so helpful and always greeted you with a smile and although the property was the best place I think I’ve ever stayed …..it was the staff who took it to the next level

El espacio era muy bonito y tiene bastante encanto.
La cena fue muy buena y el señor que nos recibió la primera noche fue muy agradable

El alojamiento tiene una relación calidad-precio pésima. La decoración del hotel no concuerda en absoluto con el espacio y el hotel. Decoración muy cutre. El servicio fue pésimo a excepción del señor que nos recibió cuando llegamos. Bajamos para desayunar y nos dijeron que no podían servirnos desayuno porque ya se había pasado la hora y quedaban realmente 45 minutos. Es cierto que, la dueña del hotel nos invitó a la cena de un comensal (éramos dos) pero me pareció insuficiente para el precio que se está pagando además de poca disposición por su parte para tratar de arreglar la incidencia. Nos fuimos sin llegar a aprovechar el entorno del hotel por la mala experiencia en el trato que nos ofrecieron. Además, el hotel estuvo completamente vacío aparte de nosotros y no se sentía muy seguro de noche. No merece nada la pena pagar el precio de este hotel por un servicio tan malo.
