Modern, well-appointed property

Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviews mention very clean rooms and well-equipped apartments ("pulitissima", "lovely clean", "נקויה מאוד"). Cleanliness is consistently praised.
Service
8.2
Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful (reception praised in several reviews), but there are isolated negatives: inflexible handling of bed requests, a sur/irritable receptionist, and occasional check-in system problems.
Location
9.6
Location repeatedly called perfect/central/very good ("Emplacement", "Localização perfeita", "Sentralt", "Große Lage"). Strong consistently positive sentiment for location.
Room Quality
7.5
Mixed room feedback: many praise space and facilities (Netflix, fridge, well-done rooms), but recurring issues include soft/worn mattresses, small rooms, poor views, hot rooms and missing in-room items (no kettle, no glasses).
Amenities
9
Amenities are highlighted positively: sauna, gym, Netflix, well-equipped kitchens in apartments, good bathroom lighting. Generally seen as a strong point.
Value for Money
7.7
Some guests feel the price is a bit high or note limited offerings given cost (comments of "a bit expensive" and middling breakfast in one review), so value is slightly below average.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast repeatedly described as very good, varied and abundant across many reviews ("very rich breakfasts", "good breakfast", "très bien situé... petit dejeuner varié"). Minor notes about limited items (basic breakfast in one, missing sugar/glasses).
Overall Experience
9.1
Overall sentiment is positive with many "perfect" or highly satisfied comments; minor operational issues (check-in code, occasional staff inflexibility, room specifics) temper perfection but stay outweighed by positives.

Pros:

Dobrá lokalita počas našej cesty, milý personál, čistá izba, dobré postele. Navyše hotel má svoje parkovisko dosť veľké a parkovanie je zadarmo. Skvelé raňajky.
