Beautiful spot for an escape
Pros:

Pros:

Very nice modern hotel with amazing rooftop wellness facilities. Excellent food at the restaurant. The location is a bit outside of town on a hill, which makes for stunning views. There was also a nice little hiking path directly outside the hotel.

Cons:

Hotellet i sig var bra, men tyvärr blev vårt första intryck sämre på grund av bemötandet i receptionen. Receptionisten som tog emot oss när vi kom kändes inte särskilt välkomnande eller vänlig. När vi kom fram hälsade hon inte eller frågade hur hon kunde hjälpa oss, utan stod mest tyst och tittade på oss och väntade på att vi skulle börja prata, vilket kändes ganska stelt och obekvämt.
Det uppstod även ett missförstånd kring sen utcheckning. Självklart förstår vi att regler och tider behöver förklaras, men sättet det gjordes på kändes irriterat och ganska otrevligt, som om vi var till besvär för att vi hade missförstått informationen.
Vi förväntar oss inte att personalen ska vara överdrivet glad hela tiden, men ett enkelt hej, ett leende och ett vänligt bemötande gör väldigt stor skillnad, särskilt i receptionen där man får sitt första intryck av hotellet. Tyvärr kände vi oss inte särskilt välkomna vid vår ankomst och resten av upplevelsen vart lite förstörd.
