Quality to price ratio out of balance
Pros:

The room was clean. The view on the lake is nice.

Cons:

Upon arriving at a hotel, it is always appreciated to receive a warm welcome and some basic information, such as which room has been assigned, where it is located, breakfast hours, and other practical details. Unfortunately, the young receptionist simply handed over the keys without any explanation. I don't believe there were any bad intentions, but it was clear that she lacked proper guidance/training.
The food was also overpriced for what was offered. I was served a reheated fish fillet with four potatoes and a peace of cucumber at a price higher than what I had paid the previous day for a freshly prepared fish dish that was twice the size at one of Bergen's best fish restaurants. The quality-to-price ratio was disappointing.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen mit toller Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See mit einem tollen Blick. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
