Pros:

My husband and I had Olga and Christina as our masseuse for a couples massage. The atmosphere was very relaxing, they were very friendly and professional. Gentle, but firm. We both left feeling incredibly relaxed! Wonderful experience, definitely would recommend!!!

I loved the details of the hotel! Waking up every morning with a view of the Pichincha volcano ⛰️ and its completely green mountains made me think about what a wonderful country they have 🇪🇨. I recommend going to the hotel's Rooftop from there you can see much more of the city. I thank Matt for his special attention and explanations regarding the hotel and the Galapagos Islands🐢 We will definitely go through GO Galapagos, no doubt about it, Matt, lol. (I emphasize his playful and enthusiastic nature). From the food served at Mercado Lab to the handicrafts sold in the lobby, everything makes it a special place.

Excellent hotel and restaurant
Pros:

Excellent, comfortable rooms. Bring earplugs if you are on a lower floor ~ you are in a very busy city and traffic at all hours. Filtered water readily available. Lovely lobby and amazing top floor restaurant with delicious breakfast and views!!! All staff were welcoming and wonderful. A special shout out to JAVIER at PARALLEL restaurant on lobby level. He was very accommodating and spoke perfect English. We had an unexpected bilingual cooking demonstration at our table that really added to the experience. Food was delicious, cocktails unique and spot on!

Best hotel at Quito

Ecuadorian Experience
Pros:

The Hotel GO Panecillo restaurant was a great surprise. The food was very good, but what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding bar service. The bartenders shared the stories behind several traditional Ecuadorian spirits, which made every drink feel like part of the country’s culture. And the Canelazo Spritz was absolutely delicious. If you’re visiting Quito, I definitely recommend adding this place to your list.

The first day we eat at restaurant upstairs we ordered steaks and they were tough .That the air conditioning didn’t work in our room and they had to bring a fan for me and that our Jacuzzi was broken and they had to come and fix it and we had to stay out of the room while they did that it, so we only got to use it once.

Diego Lopez – Outstanding Service at Go Hotel Quito

Wow! My family and I stayed at Go Hotel for five days before attending a wedding at El Torreal in Cayambe. During our stay, our entire family—about 20 of us—enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop every morning. The breakfast was delicious, but what truly made each morning memorable was the exceptional customer service.

Every member of the waitstaff was friendly, professional, and attentive, but Diego Lopez truly stood out. He greeted us each morning with a genuine smile and went above and beyond by remembering both my husband’s cappuccino and my caramel hot latte with almond milk. It’s those thoughtful little details that make guests feel truly welcome.

Thank you, Diego, for making every morning start on such a positive note. In today’s world, something as simple as the perfect morning drink and a warm smile can set the tone for the entire day—and that’s exactly what you did.

We can’t wait to return to Go Hotel, and we hope to see Diego again on our next visit. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Muy agradable
Pros:

Me encantó el rooftop, buena ubicación del hotel, actividades como un concierto los jueves por la noche, le dan un toque especial. Buena atención personal, por ejemplo Jairo en restaurant muy amable y Frank apoyando para la parte turística.
Lo mejor de todo, fue la comida, deliciosa y variada.
La habitación espaciosa, cómoda y limpia.

Cons:

Todo me gustó en general. Tal vez un par detalles incómodos como la falta de iluminación en el área de spa, y la piscina con agua fría. Y que no hay espejos ni de cuerpo completo y ni para maquillarse en las habitaciones.
Pero en general el hotel todo muy bien y agradable.

Quito experience
Pros:

The property in great location, amazing views and facilities. The restaurant and food was great, especially breakfast. The wellness facilities also great. Staff was also fantastic overall great experience for me in Quito because I stayed at the hotel.
